Pros:

The location is excellent. The staff is quite friendly.

Cons:

We reserved an apartment but received a different one, not the one shown in the photographs, which I believe is unacceptable given the apartment's price.
The apartment is not clean; there was dust under the bed, and there were cobwebs on the ceiling of the children's room. The beds were unpleasant, so we requested a better mattress...
If you wish to replace towels, you'll have to spend between 10 and 20 euros.

Carino ma non ci torneremo
Pros:

Appartamento molto grande e pulito. Non era quello che avevamo visto dalla foto ma ci è comunque piaciuto. C'è tutto il necessario per cucinare. È molto spazioso e silenzioso. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Sarebbe stato carino avere almeno una coperta in più, la sera era freddo e non si poteva scaldare l'appartamento perché centralizzato. Il pavimento era molto freddo (servono delle pantofole!) e sul divano la sera serviva una coperta (abbiamo preso il piumino del letto in camera ma non era il massimo dell'igiene).
Mancava una spugna per pulire i piatti, sarebbe carino metterla in dotazione perché non è una cosa che ci si porta in un weekend in montagna.
È pet friendly ma non c'è un'area cani vera e propria (i prati nei dintorni sono addirittura con il divieto per cani) e 15€ a notte per un cane sono davvero eccessivi.

vacanza fantastica. da ripetere
Pros:

la posizione della struttura con vista sul paesaggio. I ragazzi hanno gradito molto l'atmosfera generale con il rivestimento in legno e la conformazione delle stanze della mansarda. Inoltre la struttura ha messo a disposizione gratuitamente una guida alpina bravissima di nome Luigi che ci ha guidato attraverso gli splendidi sentieri raccontandoci diversi aneddoti e gli eventi della prima guerra mondiale

Cons:

l'altezza della mansarda ha creato dei problemi in quanto siamo 2 mt e quindi abbiamo dovuto prestare attenzione agli spostamenti. Da rivedere il materasso del letto matrimoniale sul piano mansardato

Relax, natura e comfort: tutto quello che cercavamo. Consigliatissimo!
Pros:

Soggiorno in famiglia con il nostro amato cane Teo.

Accoglienza ottima e struttura esattamente come descritta su Booking. Appartamenti ampi, pulitissimi e dotati di ogni comfort (forno, microonde, frigo con freezer, stoviglie e tutto il necessario). Il posto è ideale per famiglie e perfetto anche per chi viaggia con animali.

La posizione è fantastica: vicinissima al centro di Folgaria e letteralmente circondata da tutto ciò che serve. A 100 metri ci sono la Coop, l’impianto di risalita per le piste da sci e un maso con produzione propria di formaggi, yogurt e gelato (ci andavamo ogni giorno a piedi per una passeggiata golosa).

La struttura si affaccia da un lato sul campo da golf e dall’altro sugli impianti: un panorama meraviglioso e un contesto tranquillo, ideale per rilassarsi e passeggiare.

Comodissimo anche d’inverno per chi scia. Ogni appartamento ha il suo posto auto assegnato e una pratica cantina. Accesso al residence con sbarra e codice.

Davvero un soggiorno perfetto. Torneremmo molto volentieri!

Cons:

L’insonorizzazione tra i piani è piuttosto limitata: si percepiscono chiaramente rumori come sedie spostate o oggetti che cadono dai piani superiori. È un aspetto migliorabile, ma non ha inciso sulla qualità complessiva del soggiorno, che è stata davvero piacevole.
Pensiamo già di tornarci, anche se le condizioni di cancellazione, un po’ rigide, ci fanno esitare.

Good location for 2-3 days to explore the hiking options nearby
Pros:

Very nice location, easy to get there but quiet and green. Small grocery store is walking distance. The apartment is big enough, clean, well equipped. The staff very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Good for some days to explore the area but not so cozy that we would stay for a week. There's no breakfast option in the "Hotel", so it's not really a hotel, a big apartman house instead.
