Personal ist total nett und hilfsbereit.

Sehr schmutzig.

Rumet var super fint, hotellet är nära till allt. Personalen var super trevliga och jag fick gratis uppgradering då han ville att vi skulle ha ett större rum pågrund av att vi hade små barn, så snällt.

Fantastic location near Sirkeci station with all the main sights in walking distance, and excellent public transport connections.

Hotel is ornate, bed was comfortable and staff were friendly.

One or two bits of decor were fraying and there was some noise from the street/mosque. Hotel would also benefit from an elevator.

If you can tolerate tram noise from 6am to 12am and street people from 7am to 3am then go ahead. The only good thing about this hotel is location nothing else.

Wifi only works when you leave entrance door open.
Washroom's was somehow installed in the middle of the room no proper privacy see picture all glass with almost see through blinds, shower area was not cleaned and open shampoos bottles were used and left in the shower.
I had to ask for new pillow cases as they were dirty.
Bottom line I would not recommend the hotel but the staff were so friendly and spoke English.

Had an awful experience. We made a reservation month prior, then after we arrived at the hotel, they told us that hotel is full. Even though we had reservation, they still did not care. Then another guy told us that hotel cancelled our reservation and sold the rooms for tourists from Emirates for more expensive price.

Scam. So this is what they do; they sell rooms on different traveling sites, at this time the price is really good so people reserve them. They wait, and put the same rooms in the roster again. If they find people who are willing to pay a higher price for your room, they will drop you like a hot potato and cancel your reservation so you are stuck to look for much pricier accommodation or be without a room at all. Beware. It a common practice at this hotel and they are doing it to people on regular basis. So all of them people who write about owners being good people are lying to you. Fake reviews.

Hotel ist veraltet. Schimmel im ganzen Zimmer.

👍the hotel is super well located, close to everything, shops everywhere, you won't come back hungry. close to 2 train stations, trams and fast train. really nice staff friendly and helpful. 👎 but what was not good was the hotel room was dirty and requires renovation. nor was the bathroom so nice and clean. windows very old, there is a lot of noise from the street, also because it is centrally located and trains run right outside. the hotel is definitely not 4 star. it has no breakfast, no pool and no lobby just a small desk.

Aucun chauffage première nuit congeler, pas d’eau chaude les employés les pauvres ils ont essayé de nous aider mais ils arriver rien a faire malgré le Manager prévenu, qui s’enfoutait clairement il y avait que l’argent qui l’intéressé il à même pas fait le nécessaire biensur ils on essayer de nous mettre dans une autre chambre mais c'était piir enfin bref Expedia est prévenu et les photos sont envoyer ils étaient dégoûté. Linge de lit taché oreiller qui puer SDB puer le caca horrible c’est la première fois de ma vie que je rencontre un hôtel comme sa surtout n’y aller pas vous ferais l’erreur de votre vie et dernièrement hôtel petit dej compris surprise c’est pas vrai ils ont pas de resto donc pas de petit dej arnaque total.

It's very nice and everything is near, everything was fine and ok,

Beauty in the pics not in reality. Parking gets a 4 fold pricing than advertised. They dont speak english untill you suddenly write a negative review. They dont react to communications only with short words and claim no knowledge of the english language. They bribe people with better rooms for positieve reviews (once they are pissed off). Booking.com js worthless as a middle party.

Nice area but off site parking is 100 lira a day

Me encantó que es en pleno centro cerca a todo y a pesar de eso no había ruido excesivo , el desayuno muy rico las camas cómodas. Volvería a quedarme ahí también por el.buen precio.

This hotel is very expensive compared to what it offers. I spent 14 days in winter and the first 6 days i didn´t have hot water and they always told me that it was due to a problem in Istanbul but it was a lie! Every day i insisted asking to the manager about hot water, i had to showered in the hotel where my friend stayed. I never got free breakfast and it´s supposedly included. I never felt safe, i felt afraid, i communicated 2 times via WhatsApp with the manager to talk about hot water and cleaning issues and he gave my WhatsApp number to his friend, i felt harassed, my friend visited to me and also went harassed by one of the staff. In these 14 days of stay they only cleaned my room 1 time but because i asked "When will you clean my room?" The hotel does not allow visits even when i was paying. The price that appears on the page is not real. I don´t recommend it at all!
