No me gustó muchas cosas el internet no servía la televisión también mala,

Pedí las dos noches arreglo de habitación y no lo hicieron porque nosotros dejamos la cama organizada y así mismo la encontramos, no lavaban el lavamanos y está demasiado sucio, la cama siempre quedó igual a como la organizábamos nosotros, para ser un hotel boutique le falta mucho

Hidden gem in historic center of Queretaro.
Pros:

We loved everything about this small hotel for our one week stay. The location is perfect for exploring the historic center with so many restaurants, squares and shops in easy walking distance. Our room was very comfortable and we enjoyed morning coffee and evening wine on the terrace. The hotel furnishings are lovely - flowers everywhere.
We especially want to thank Alma who was always available to answer questions and was extremely helpful.

El diseño del hotel es muy lindo y tiene una gran ubicación, todo queda cerca caminando.
La atención de Itzel fue lo mejor, es súper amable.

We really enjoyed this laid back little hotel. The town is very friendly and has lots of museums, exhibitions nearby.
Pros:

We loved the location ; close to restaurants, Zocalo and great for transportation. It was quiet for being close to the Square. The ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly & helpful!

Cons:

We would have preferred a min- fridge . Although staff were accommodating and showed up with a cooler . If you don’t like stairs , get a room on main floor . Lots of stairs to the second level rooms . Minimal clothing storage. Also hot water did take a while to arrive for the shower.

Location!!!!!! Great rain shower. Cozy duvet. Pleasant staff

Heater did not work nor did safe. Bed a bit soft . We were in room 2 just off the lobby / central courtyard and it was loud after midnight. Also due to great location significant street noise
