Charming and comfortable stay
Pros:

Wonderful location, very clean and comfortable rooms. Charming esthetic.

Cons:

A few minor things could improve the experience:
- Listing said there’s a coffee machine but none was available (coffee shops are plentiful around the area but open a bit late)
- No one seemed designated to help with the luggage up and down steep stairs… the lady at the front desk did kindly help me after I was having difficulty and I asked her, but it may be good to have someone whose job includes it.
- Rooms are pretty dark, lights are not strong (and opening the curtains may not possible due to privacy for most rooms)

Very good location
Pros:

Very good location in the historical center of Queretaro in a very nice building with a patio.
We could visit everything in a walking distance. Many restaurants and shops nearby.
Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

We stayed on the ground floor, the room is a little dark. The bathroom is not very well ventilated.
The WiFi was weak (maybe due to the large walls)

Un fin de semana relajado, que me permitió conocer lo bonito de Querétaro.
Pros:

La ubicación excelente, en pleno centro de la ciudad, el hotel es verdaderamente pintoresco, habitaciones limpias, muy tranquilo para relajarte un fin de semana.

Muy bien ubicado y muy bonito

Cons:

La chapa del cuarto no cerraba bien cuando se cerraba por dentro. No vimos mucho problema porque se sentía seguro el hotel pero se podría arreglar.

El estacionamiento está un poco lejos pero te ayudan a estacionarte y bajar maletas en la puerta para ir a dejar al auto.

La ubicación es increíble, las instalaciones son muy lindas y acogedoras, es muy cómodo.
Está en todo el centro, tiene acceso a todo el comercio, cafés y restaurantes.

Excelente para poder conocer el centro histórico
Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito, las habitaciones son bastante pequeñas, la atención por parte del staff es muy buena y puedes entrar y salir a la hora que quieras siempre hay alguien en recepción, te dejan dos botellas de agua al día, eso se agradece bastante. Esta en uno de los lugares mas céntricos de Querétaro, por lo que esta muy cerca de museos y actividades sin tener que ir muy lejos, puedes llegar caminando a muchos lugares ya que la zona es muy tranquila incluso a altas horas de la noche.

Cons:

El baño emanaba un olor a coladera, principalmente después de utilizar la regadera, por lo que era necesario mantener la puerta del baño cerrada, aun así era un poco desagradable el olor cuando quieres utilizar el baño, no funcionaba el extractor de olores tampoco, lo que también no ayudaba a extraer los malos olores del baño.

A Lovely Hotel
Pros:

My room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and everything in the room was in good condition. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They did everything possible to make my stay pleasant! Excellent location as well as it was situated within walking distance from all Centro attractions. Can’t wait to be back in a couple months!

No fue como creíamos que sería.
Pros:

La ubicación es buenísima, tienes un parque enfrente y todos lugares de interés del Centro Histórico. No tiene estacionamiento dentro del hotel pero puedes hacerlo a unas cuadras de ahí y el hotel cubre el costo. El estacionamiento es muy grande y es fácil encontrar un lugar. El personal muy amable y cuando tuvimos algunos problemas con la habitación trataron de compensarlo y nos dieron unas cortesías para alimentos y una botella de vino rosa asequible.

Cons:

Desafortunadamente tuvimos varios detalles. Nunca hubo agua a temperatura fresca o fría, solamente caliente y muy caliente y estabamos a 32 grados, no pudimos tener una ducha para refrescarnos nunca. Las toallas están ásperas y gastadas. No manejan jabón pequeño para manos, todo es líquido pero solo había una botella entonces si quieres bañarte necesitas llevar la botella a la ducha y si quieres solamente lavarte las manos tienes que regresar la botella al lavamanos; esto me parece bastante incómodo. El teléfono no tiene ninguna información de las extensiones y nunca pudimos llamar a recepción hasta que preguntamos cúal era el número en la recepción. Ojalá pongan atención eso, es un hotel bonito.
