Ok given the price, but some annoyances left us wondering if 20 more might be worth it.
Pros:

The room was clean, the location was good, and the price was a bit lower than other hotels downtown. The staff were friendly and tried to be accommodating.

Cons:

We arrived at 10 pm tired and parked in the garage- upon checking in, we were told the garage was full and we’d need to move our car. That was annoying. The TV in our room didn’t work properly. We were offered another room- but we’re already in pajamas and in bed so declined. The breakfast offerings were ok.

Close to campus. Good for visiting University of Iowa.
Pros:

Good breakfast in the morning. Easily accommodated 3 adults and 2 teenagers in one room.

Cons:

The parking garage was full, so we had to park in a different garage about 2 blocks away and then walk. The bonus though was that the further garage was free, whereas we would have had to pay to park at the hotel garage.
