Pros:

The location for university events was excellent. The room was really nice and clean. Parking was easy. If my daughter attends school I will stay there again. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Excellent location for central Iowa City
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the fitness studio was really well set up and clean. The staff were all friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

A few things are beginning to look tired - just cosmetic stuff though. Our door had to be shoved hard with a shoulder to open it.

I was extremely disappointed, and I would not stay there again.
Pros:

It was near downtown Iowa City, making it easy to get to Kinnick Stadium. The breakfast was better than most free breakfast offered at motels.

Cons:

The price was ridiculously high! (Due to the home Iowa football game.) The room was extremely small. It was hard for all of us to even move around the room at the same time. There was water leaking from somewhere, making the carpet wet throughout our stay. I reported it, but they did not do anything about it. The parking lot was difficult. There were all 90* turns and tight maneuvering into the parking spots.

The hotel room was great. The bed was really comfortable and there was plenty of room.

Cons:

The parking garage is hard to locate. It's located on a dead end and there is construction. You can't just drive in the garage. There is a garage door that had to be opened.
