Friendly, helpful owners and a lovely, historic property in an older part of the city.
Pros:

The owners were very friendly and helpful. We arrived late, and the next day had to leave our luggage for most of the day before our flight home; they couldn't have been nicer about accommodating us, even providing my family with cookies as we waited on a taxi in the lovely, upstairs dining area. The hotel is well located in a historic building and a good place from which to explore the city.

Kena majutus linna vanemas osas. Tuba oli piisavalt suur ja korras. Valisin selle majutuse kuna nad rendivad ka autosid ja oli väga mugav kui auto oli õigel ajal hotelli ukse ees. Minu renditud subaru oli ka heas korras.

fazla yokuşlu bir bölgede. otele taksiyle gidip gelmeseniz gezmeye üşenirsiniz. bunun yanında en çok gece, sabaha karşı hep gürültü olması. otelden ayrılan ya da konaklayan kişilerle edilen sohbetlerin direkt odada duyulması. koridorda kahkaha atan, yüksek sesle sohbet eden kişilere müdahale edilmemesi. sokaktan gelen çocuk ya da başka kişilerin sesleri hep uykumuzu böldü. şikayet ettik daha dönmeden bir gün önce sabah 5'te yine otelden ayrılan birinin telefonun hoparlörü açık şekilde koridorda uzun süre konuşması. otel sahibinin yine aynı kişiyle aşağıda sohbeti vs. son olarak da günübirlik turlara katıldığımız için sabah normalde 8.30'da hazır olan kahvaltıyı bize göre 8'e çekeceklerdi. yine yarım yamalak bir kahvaltı yaptık 3 gün boyunca hazır olmadığından. 8.50'de kahvaltıya katıldık masadaki birçok yiyecek bitmişti. siz istemedilçe yenilenmiyor. omlet için 15 dk bekledim. herkesin bir plan programı var. ne eksik değil takip edilmesi gerekir. kahvaltı için dakikasında orada olmak ve omlet savaşı yapmak istemiyorum.
son olarak ekonomik oda seçenler bir kişi ancak kalabilir o odada. kesinlikle o odayı seçmeyin. görsellerde çok az yer verilmiş zaten. size diğer geniş gördüğünğz odayı vermeyecekler haberiniz olsun. bunaltıcı bir yerdi ama son dk sürprizi olduğundan iptal edemedik.

Все супер, очень милые люди работают в отеле. Вкусные завтраки, удобная кровать, очень уютно, как у бабушки в деревне.

Cons:

В номере с балконом очень сильно пахло канализацией и было невероятно много плесени.

Pros:

Very easy going staff, quiet place. Made it our home in Tblisi as we returned 2 times in between our trips to other parts in the country. Also rented a car from hotel owners… very good car and service. Fair price

All was good. We ended up in the room with the balcony (3 time) and had a very relaxing stay

Great experience in an old and cute neighbourhood. Well located to visit central Tbilisi
Pros:

I rented an appartement in their hotel. It had all I could need (kitchen, bathroom…) the bed was comfortable and the room was clean and well kept. I also really enjoyed their breakfast service in the morning. A lot of choice and delicious ones as well! Especially if you’re looking for some typical Georgian food for breakfast. The staff was friendly from arrival to departure
