Pros:

Chambre avec balcon. L’accueil du propriétaire . Bon petit déjeuner . Proche du vieux Tbilissi.

Cons:

Chambre située en dessous de la pièce du petit déjeuner, on entends un peu les bruits de pas.

Pros:

We had a great stay at this charming small hotel located in the old part of the city. From the outside, it preserves the authentic look of the historic buildings, while the interior is modern, beautifully designed, and very well maintained. Everything was spotlessly clean throughout our stay.
The location is also great, even though it’s situated in the old town on a hill, it’s still very convenient and easily accessible, with the main street just a 10-minute walk away.
The hosts were wonderful, very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was excellent, quite rich and diverse, especially considering it’s a smaller hotel.
They also offer a car rental service, which we used, and everything was perfectly organized. Communication was smooth, and both the pick-up and drop-off were done directly at the hotel, which was very convenient. The car itself was in great condition.
All in all, highly recommended – only positive experiences!

Excellent hotel for a great stay in Tbilisi
Pros:

My stay was perfect! The hotel is located near the main sights and it is very easy to get everywhere from there. My room was quiet and clean. There were also lots of options for breakfast. The staff were friendly and super helpful.

Quiet and comfortable
Pros:

The whole family is adorable and very welcoming. The house/hotel is super clean, comfortable and quiet.
Outstanding breakfast.
They have cars for renting.
If you get the right room, the bed is super comfortable (in some other ones, the mattress is too thin)

Cons:

The street is tiny and if you have a car it's a bit complicated to arrive and leave it. Taxis too have some problems finding it.
I would add some hangers in the room.
