Pros:

La struttura si trova leggermente fuori dal centro città ma comodo manet è raggiungibile a piedi.
Struttura pulita, in ordine e molto accogliente.
Le camere grandi, spaziose e pulitissime.
La colazione eccezionale è variatissima.
Lo staff sempre sorridente e disponibile.

Great stay, just outside the Old Town.
Pros:

Executive room comes with breakfast and afternoon tea. Comfy bed and nice balcony. The staff are all lovely.

Fijne en mooie locatie
Pros:

Ruimtelijk, mooi opgezet. 15 min naar downtown. Een pluspunt voor de hightech moment in de middag. Behulpzaam personeel

Cons:

Ik wil graag bewegen vandaar met gym. Helaas de loopband werkte niet goed. Dit aangegeven. De volgende dag was de monteur er, maar helaas werkte nog niet. Dit is het enige minpuntje

Amazing hotel
Pros:

The staff was very nice, they upgraded our room to a much bigger and better one! The hotel looked very clean which is a big deal in Vietnam. They booked our transport for Da Nang airport which was great, although I bit more expensive then what I see in town, but that’s normal.. The breakfast had plenty of choice and everything was super tasty. Walking distance from old town but about 15/20 minutes. They had bikes for free and a pool, we didn’t use but looked nice.

Perfect hotel for exploring Hoi An and the surrounding area
Pros:

The staff was fantastic - front desk with Helen and Jenny and the breakfast staff of Sara, Mila, Ana were all amazing. So helpful, great recommendations, always pleasant. They really made the stay.
Our room was big and comfortable. The bathroom was huge. It was spotlessly cleaned everyday.
The location of the hotel - halfway between the Old Town and An Bang beach was perfect for getting into town or enjoying a walk in the rice fields - either option was only 10-15 minutes away.
There were bikes available from the hotel which helped going to the beach.

Cons:

Everything was fine.

Great hotel
Pros:

Clean, large rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff. Well maintained and pride taken in their hotel. Can highly recommend and would happily return.

Cons:

No complaints other than some bikes are past their use by date.
