Excellent stay. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.
Pros:

This is a great hotel with spacious rooms and a relaxing pool area. Although it's not located in the main tourist district, it is very central, with short and easy rides to all the places we wanted to visit. The staff were excellent—friendly and attentive, always asking about our day and offering recommendations and assistance whenever needed.

Great value hotel in beautiful Hoi An
Pros:

Staff could not do enough for you. Pool was nice and breakfast was great. Great value for money.

Cons:

Just a little to far from the river where all the night action is, but still easy to come and go from.

Out favourite hotel in Vietnam
Pros:

Everything about White Lotus ticks all our boxes
Great and obliging staff and management, who go out of the way to ensure customers feel at home
Really comfortable bedding, ensuring a sound sleep
Lovely breakfast options, catering for any preferences
Excellent facilities and shaded pool area
We stayed here last year and will do so again.

Я уснула и забыла телефон в такси отеля, и отель привези мне в аэропорт на другом такси к чему я была безумно благодарна 🙏🙏🙏 Мне очень понравился персонал и кухня, а также хочу отметить просторный номер и кровать. Все было супер и безопасно 🙌🏻 Всем спасибо от души❤️ в будущем также хочу остановиться в этом отеле 🥰

Pros:

it's around 1.8km from the old corner, so on lazy days we had to book taxis to go back and forth, as it was hot, but it's also a nice quiet corner of the city Hoian. Highlight of the hotel is a super nice and relaxing pool, and thanks for the staffs, especially Helen

Pros:

Hotel was neat and clean. Great staff. Ms Snow was really helful. They also suggest some good places to visit nearby. I would suggest that you should definitely stay here. They also provide free bicycle.
