Pick this one!
Pros:

This was the best hotel we stayed in during our 3 weeks away. The staff were super friendly, the room was a lovely size with a huge bathroom and stylish freestanding bath. Pool area was great with comfy and clean sunbeds and big fluffy purple towels. Bike hire was free and great fun - the paddy fields are just at the back of the hotel. About a 20 min walk into the old town which we did almost every day - an interesting walk through markets, past temples, bars, restaurants and shops. We had a Vietnamese massage during our stay which was so good and great value. Also included in the price of the room was afternoon tea by the pool! Thank you all for a great stay.

Not worth it
Cons:

The staff were quite rude, and even when we asked about the leaks in the bathroom and air conditioning leaking there was no issue resolved. The pictures of the room were not in line with what we saw. Very deceiving

Nice hotel & great staff!
Pros:

Free breakfast was great. The pool was nice for a nice dip. The hotel looks better than the picture including the pool. We had the two king beds back to back. The room is actually bigger than it looks on picture. The staff is nice and sweet especially the grandpa who helps with luggages. He also handles free bike rental. We appreciate his kindness and sweet demeanor. Our favorite was riding the bikes to nearby rice paddies and the beach.
You do NOT need to stay in old town Hoi An- the place is the worst tourist trap of our entire trip! This location is great!

Fabulous place to stay in Hoi An
Pros:

The staff, especially Helen and Laura but everyone really, were amazing! So helpful, friendly and just lovely.
The room was super clean bed was really comfortable and the shower was great.
We used the laundry service which was quick.
Location is great but noisy in the mornings as we were at the front.
Bicycles available to hire free of charge, we cycled to An Bang beach which we loved!
Breakfast is amazing, loads of veggie and vegan options and lots for carnivores too.
Thank you to the lady who made me lovely hot chocolate every morning!
The cocktails in the bar when we got back hot from a tour were gorgeous too!
Loads to do locally, lantern making classes, cycle tours, old town is a 20 minute walk or a 38,000 dong Grab ride away, loads of restaurants.
We loved this hotel, sad to leave, would 💯 recommend to anyone.

Cons:

Nothing it’s a fabulous hotel!

Good value for money hotel!
Pros:

Spacious room, nice clean swimming pool, very friendly staff, high tea, good breakfast.

Cons:

The bathroom drainage design; while taking a shower, water streams to the floor. Limited number of bicycles available, no option to reserve them.

Overall the experience was good
Pros:

The staff were lovely and tried to be accommodating wherever possible. The breakfast was good, they had an egg station so you could order your eggs as you like. I liked the location because it’s situated away from busy old town but not too far away.

Cons:

I didn’t like the interconnected room I was assigned. Noise travels between the rooms quite easily. These rooms should be saved for families or couples as they make a lot of noise anyway, not for solo travellers.

Solid hotel
Pros:

Very accommodating staff. Upon arrival they provided a glass of juice to drink while they handled check in. Very professional staff and very accommodating. They speak English very well and not only allowed me to store my bag the day of check out but also allowed complimentary late checkout as my suit fitting went late.

Parking underneath the hotel for mopeds is a nice touch. I would have stayed additional days but they were fully booked.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok.
