Fabulous location, clean modern airconditioned rooms and friendly helpful staff
Pros:

staff were excellent particularly Stella and Helen and all the reception team bikes easily available nothing was too much trouble they even decorated the room and brought me out a cake at breakfast as it was my birthday !

Cons:

nothing - did ask for scales to weigh our luggage before leaving which were not available but didn't impact our stay

amazing property with great staff and close to everyone
Pros:

comfortable beds, the pool was lovely, the food at the restaurant was great, easy walk to old town and around locally, staff were incredibly helpful

Cons:

shower slightly flooded the bathroom if i had a long shower (to wash hair etc) but was fine for quick showers

Overall pleasant, but some issues
Pros:

• Warm and welcoming staff.
• Good value.
• Clean and spacious room.
• Good pressure and water temperature in the shower.
• Free bikes, but one of them was a mess. Wonky pedals and screeching brakes.

Cons:

• View from balcony was right into a concrete wall, so it was basically useless.
• The fitness room has barely any equipment at all. It shouldn't be listed as a feature of the hotel as it creates false expectations.
• Some vibrating noise early each morning, probably coming from the raising of gates. Some slightly annoying construction noise throughout the day, probably coming from nearby construction work or from a shop.

Pros:

Nydelig personalet, veldig til hjelp, gratis sykler var gull verdt, rent og rolig.

Cons:

Ble raskt skygge på solsengene, og mye lyd fra noen av de andre gjestene, ellers fantastisk.

I wish the holiday lasts more, good to remember :-)
Pros:

Phòng, giường và phòng tắm đều rộng, có ban công, nhân viên nhiệt tình lễ phép; trong phòng hay bề bơi, chỗ ăn đều sạch sẽ và sang trọng. Phòng nghỉ còn có bàn làm việc, tuyệt vời!
Không có chỗ gửi oto nên phải gửi oto cách tầm 800m, cơ mà lúc đến thì bảo vệ cũng phụ xách đồ lên phòng hết cho mình, và cũng hỗ trợ chồng mình đi xe máy ra lấy chỗ gửi oto. Ở Hội An nhà minh đi bộ là chính , đi xa như An Bàng mới dùng đến oto hoặc dùng taxi cũng tiện nên cũng ko thấy vấn đề gì lắm.
Mặc dù có vài điểm có thể tiến bộ hơn nhưng khách sạn này với nhà mình (2 ng lớn 2 trẻ em) là rất phù hợp và thích nên ở thêm 1 đêm nữa.

Cons:

Vòi hoa sen hơi khó dùng, nếu có cái treo vòi trên cao thì hay hơn.
Bàn làm việc có thể thêm 1 cái đèn bàn nhỏ để ngồi làm việc ko ảnh hưởng con đi ngủ.
Cuối cùng là đồ ăn sáng, mong là có thể phong phú hơn vì hiện tại hơi ít lựa chọn.

Staff were very friendly and always asking how they could help. Location was fine and quiet at night.

Felt like we were rationed on soap and tissues . Wifi was slow. Breakfast was average as no bacon and not good selection of fruits.

Beau et bon séjour
Pros:

L’hôtel est situé à l’écart de la vieille ville mais pas si loin. L’hôtel est propre, les déjeuners sont bien variés et bons, la chambre est d’une bonne grandeur, le lit grand. Le personnel est vraiment gentil souriant et serviable.

Cons:

Les vieux vélos,l’équipement aurait avantage à être renouvelé et le lit était dur.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, good location! Excellent!
Pros:

Staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was kept really clean and our room was spacious and comfortable. The pool was kept clean too and the breakfast had great variety too!
