Pros:

We booked this hotel several months in advance through Expedia, with a prepaid reservation. When we arrived, the front desk claimed they could not find our booking and refused to honor it, even after we showed our confirmation email, reservation number, and identification.

To make matters worse, they offered us another room at much higher rate than our original booking.

Expedia attempted to contact the hotel for support, but the property ignored all inquiries.

Travelers beware. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Pros:

A pleasant place with a descent price. Close to the ski slopes and at the same town accessible to nearby stores and restaurants.

Pros:

receptionist was not decent, trying to save power by switching off heating systems, especially in the gym.. don't turn heating on in the gym even if requested. breakfast is pooor
