Communication incohérente et peu professionnelle : arrivée initialement acceptée après 23h, puis refusée le jour même en nous demandant d’arriver avant 22h.
Mouche et papillons de nuits dans la chambre..

Absence d’information essentielle concernant une route d’accès fermée, entraînant un trajet doublé de 30 min à une heure sans raison.

Échanges téléphoniques peu agréables, puis appel après départ pour un reproche injustifié concernant l’absence de “au revoir”, alors qu’une personne sur place avait été saluée avec qui nous avons discuté avant le départ. Reponse de la proprietaire « ce n’est que mon employé c’est pas la patronne »…

Isolation phonique très insuffisante : bruits importants dans les escaliers et parties communes car vieux parquet, rendant le sommeil difficile voire impossible entre minuit et 3h du matin lorsque les autres clients rentrent à leur chambre.

Conclusion :
Prestation bien en dessous des standards attendus, tant sur la gestion que sur le confort. À éviter

Pros:

Esperienza unica, super accoglienti e disponibili, posto meraviglioso, lo chef italiano e nonostante la nostra difficoltà di lingua non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di problema nella comunicazione, colazione buonissima, pulizia impeccabile e completi di tutto, panorama incantevole, semplicemente fantastico in tutto. Torneremo di sicuro!

Cons:

Unica pecca è la strada, ma ciò non dipende dalla struttura, ma il lato positivo è la possibilità di ammirare il panorama.
