Pros:

They have an automatic check-in machine, so you don't need to deal with people.

Cons:

The check-out was confusing, we didn't know if it was done on the same machine or not, since we could not, we leave the key in the room.

Pros:

The location is right in the heart of town.

Breakfast was a pleasant cold meat and cheese selection with rolls and yoghurt. All fresh and nice.

Cons:

Like much of Europe the 'double bed' is a pair of singles pushed together... as a lonely traveller this was fine but when you have company the idea of plummeting through the Grand Canal during a passionate moment isn't the best.

War Ok, buch ich wieder, wenn ich nach Abendterminen einen Platz zum Übernachten in Aachen brauche.

Bett war super. Wasser warm, Lage für mich super. Preis top

Cons:

Die Duschzelle war defekt, man konnte sie nicht zumachen. Daher wurde alles nass. Augenscheinlich schon länger, weshalb die Badezimmertür schon aufgequollen war.

De kamer, het bed, de locatie van het hotel

Cons:

Een douchedeur gaat niet dicht, zit vast en daardoor wordt de vloer nat. Oppassen bij het verlaten van de douchecabine!

The bed was nice, not too hard nor too soft.

Cons:

My room was 201. The noise from other rooms were able to be heard. Quite disappointed honestly. Would be better if there were improvements made. The schneiden from the street start at 7 AM this morning, which was unbearable. I had to close the windows, but I really need fresh and cold air.
