Die Betten waren bequem.

Cons:

Tür zum Badezimmer ließ sich nicht schließen und Türrahmen war lose. Duschtür undicht, Wasser lief ins Badezimmer. Dusche in der Höhe nicht zu arretieren.
3. Etage entgegen Aussage in der Buchungsbestigung nicht per Aufzug erreichbar.

Drei ÜN im Hotel Bergström, Lüneburg mit tollem Ausblick.
Pros:

Die wunderschöne Lage inmitten des Wasserviertels von Lüneburg ist nicht zu toppen.

Cons:

Inzwischen gehört das Romantikhotel Bergström zur Kette DORMERO - daher geht es eher ‚professionell-cool- nach Schema F‘ zu; die Romantik zeigt sich leider nur noch in der hervorragenden Lage.

Tolles Hotel in toller Lage und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter
Pros:

Es handelt sich um ein sehr schönes und stilvolles Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage von Lüneburg. Parken konnte ich direkt am Hotel. Der Empfang durch die Mitarbeiter war freundlich und herzlich. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Lüneburg weis ich schon jetzt welches Hotel ich wählen werde.

Wiedersehen mit Bergstroem!
Pros:

Die sehr gute Lage spricht für das Hotel. Für mich war das Upgrade vor allem deshalb ein Gewinn, weil die Rathaus-Suite Blicke über die Stadt bot.

Aufenthalt/Ausstattung gut; beste Lage; Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis angemessen; Service etwas 'cool'
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig;
die Zimmer (1 EZ und 1 DZ für Angehörige) gut ausgestattet und großzügig bemessen;
die Lage des Hotels Bergström (sozusagen Kernzelle des inzwischen auf mehrere Häuser ausgedehnten Hotelkomplexes)
ist einzigartig: mitten im Wasserviertel Lüneburgs mit entsprechendem Ausblick (Romantikhotel "Rote Rosen") und noch immer eine Reise/Übernachtung wert.
Da ich sehr früh gebucht hatte, lagen unsere Zimmer nebeneinander im vierten Stock und boten einen tollen Ausblick auf die berühmten Gebäude und das Wasserwehr rundherum!

Cons:

Ich hatte, wie erwähnt, sehr frühzeitig gebucht, war im November des vorherigen Jahres sogar vor Ort, um mich wegen der Buchung zu vergewissern und hatte kommuniziert, dort meinen 70. Geburtstag begehen zu wollen.
Entsprechend hatte ich eigentlich ein festliches Frühstück mit meinen Kindern und einer eingeladenen Freundin am 8.März (Sonntag) einnehmen wollen; das war aber nicht möglich, da die Frühstückszeit nur bis 10 h vorgesehen war; daher buchte und besuchten wir einen Brunch in einem anderen Restaurant. Das war für uns okay, aber ich hätte erwartet, dass zumindest mein Geburtstag "verbal" gewürdigt worden wäre, was nicht der Fall war. Ich vermute, dass dies der Tatsache geschuldet ist, dass der gesamte Komplex inzwischen zur Dormero-Kette gehört und alles geschäftsmäßig nach Plan gehandhabt wird und die Besonderheiten des Romantihotels ein wenig 'auf der Strecke' blieben.

Super für ein Wochenendetrip nach Lüneburg.
Pros:

Super Lage, sehr großes schönes Zimmer, sehr Hundefreundlich, super Frühstück.

Cons:

Insgesamt scheint das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Dampfsauna hat nicht funktioniert.
