Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr harmonisch eingebettet in die Stadt, ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wird freundlich geführt. Das Frühstücksbuffett war sehr reichhaltig und das Abendbuffett auch. Die Küche ist gut und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Das Zimmer war geräumig und gut eingerichtet.

Prime scenic location in Lüneburg
Pros:

The location is excellent and wonderful staff who catered well to our needs. There is underground parking with access to lift. We enjoyed the Japanese restaurant next door in one of the buildings

Die Lage. Das Restaurant war sehr gut. Tolles Buffet

Cons:

Zimmer mit Balkon. Der Balkon war 10 cm bedeckt mit Lindenblättern. In der Dusche war Schimmelbefall. Zimmerservice gab es nur auf Anfrage. Bei der Anreise wurde das nicht kommuniziert.

Hyggelig by men dårlig oplevelse med hotellet

Ligger et smukt sted, dejlig morgenmad

Cons:

Personalet kunne ikke finde vores reservation, de stod tvivlende i 10. Min.
Så var det som om vi bare skulle placeres et sted. Værelset var så et andet, end det vi bestilte, det lå lige over vandmøllens støj, sengen var så dårlig at vi ikke fik sovet.

Excellent location in pretty town.

Cons:

The hotel maintenance was.poor.

The bathroom basin in the room had green mould and the toilet leaked. It was necessary to request a room clean each day otherwise it would not occur.

The wash room facilities near the restaurant were not functioning. People have to go outside to another building.
