Overall excellent hotel
Pros:

The room is very spacious and comfortable. Enough charging points. Raised platform to keep luggage . Wardrobe. Study table. Ro water in glass bottles. Lot of attention to detail has been given while designing the room.

Cons:

I asked for fresh towels , but was given dirty ones. Service is also slow.

Pros:

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

The breakfast was horrible, the room is not good, especially the bathroom, designed very badly, all the water from the shower goes in the drain next to the toilet, there is no sink drawer or shelf, very difficult for anyone to use

Property and service is excellent . I will recommend everyone of my company to stay here. But, food is pathetic... No taste ... I ordered food from IRD... They don't even know what I want to order. Later what I get as food for 257 rs which is q club sandwich.. no one can go wrong in a club sandwich.. I recommend either take training for your kichen staff or replace them .. it's spoiling your hotel reputation when everything is excellent but food is beyond bad

A stay well appreciated.
Pros:

Breakfast was great and healthy. The other meals were also good. Staff was very cooperative.
They could have provided an airport pick up by calling since I had shared the arrival time. The airport drop as requested was very good.

Cons:

Daily room cleaning was always late. It should be in the late morning so that the guest after returning from work enters a clean room.

Pros:

Professionally managed hotel. My room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The reception staff are very professional and extremely kind and helpful - they even helped me organise a birdwatching trip to a nearby bird sanctuary. I'd stay there again.

Cons:

My room was facing a busy street so I could hear the noise of the traffic till late at night - take earplugs or ask for a room on the other side. Anyway, it's nothing comparing the comfort of the room.

Poor choice of breakfast. Not worth the price, example, Idli had zero taste and too watery. Sambhar too sour.
Uncomfortable bed
Had arranged a pick up but hotel - forgot. Great inconvenience as I can’t use my chip in India.
The hotel has responded by saying I gave a poor review simply because I had to pay for the breakfast on the first day this is Not so I didn’t mind paying for the first day as I know it wasn’t covered. I would’ve paid Double if the food was nice my critic was on the food test and choices. When you go there you’ll see for yourself. I had already mentioned to them that I do not have an India. . When you go there you’ll see for yourself. I had already mentioned to them that I do not have an India cheap on my telephone so it was vital. that the driver came with the board as I could not communicate with them otherwise. I have an image of this conversation with them on my text. Why does the hotel not to take this criticism positively and try to improve instead of trying to find false with their guests? I was in fact recommended to you by my brother and he was quite disappointed at how the hotel has changed, can you please reply?
