Snídaně byla výborná.

Cons:

Měli jsme za rezervovaný pokoj se dvěmi samostatnými posteli a místo toho nám dali manželskou postel a když jsem jim řekla, že jsem dala požadavek na dvě, tak to vyřešili proleženou přistylkou..

Die Lage des Hotels war gut. Man hatte eine schöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Das Essen war lecker.

Cons:

Leider konnten wir nicht wie angefragt und auch telefonisch vom Hotelpersonal bestätigt, bei unserer Ankunft um 04:00 Uhr Nachts auf unser gebuchtes Hotelzimmer. In der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt dass wir stattdessen erst Nachmittags am Tag der Ankunft ins gebuchte Hotelzimmer einchecken dürften. Dementsprechend wurde uns vorübergehend ein Standardzimmer für 70€ angeboten. Aufgrund des Fluges und des Reisestresses waren wir gezwungen das Standardzimmer für 70€ in Anspruch zu nehmen. Die Buchung mit Ankunftszeit von ca. 04:00 Uhr wurde sogar schriftlich durch mich verfasst. Trotzdessen wurde dies so nicht wahrgenommen. Das ist sehr schlecht verlaufen.

Des Weiteren muss ich hinzufügen, dass das Frühstück zwar lecker war, aber jeden Tag das gleiche Frühstück gab. Abwechslungsreiches Essen würde sicherlich für eine bessere Bewertung beitragen.

الاطلاله رائعه لكن ارجو الاهتمام بطلبات النزلاء

اخلاق الموظفين جيده
يوجد في الاسفل بقاله ومطعم وكافي

لم يعجبني عدم الاستجابه للطلبات
طلبت سرير اطفال قبل الوصول وتمت الموافقه
لكن لم يوفروه وايضاً عند الاتصال بهم وطلب احضاره للغرفه اتصلنا مرتين ولم يحضروه
لو كانو اعتذرو انه مايتوفر افضل من الرد بالموافقه وعدم التنفيذ

We settled in a room, the windows of which overlook the lobby and cafe, the music was playing loudly, it was problematic to fall asleep, the staff did not solve this problem. It was cold in the room, there was no bedding, there was nothing to hide. We contacted the reception several times, but the employees did not solve any of the problems.
