Wunderschönes Hotel, sehr ansprechend gestaltetes Ambiente. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder!

Da wir eine Autopanne hatten, waren wir froh, dass wir auch noch um 2.00 Uhr Nachts einchecken konnten. Herzlichen Dank nochmal an Sabrina, die uns so nett am Telefon geholfen hat und für uns am nächsten Morgen den Hotel Shuttle Service zur Werkstatt organisiert hat. Wir hatten 2 schöne Zimmer und das Frühstück war perfekt

Colazione da incubo! Ci siamo ritrovati in mezzo ad un gruppo di persone non propriamente educate. Risultato buffet saccheggiato e rifiuto del personale di riassortire il mancante, chiasso infernale e camerieri stressati e nervosi. Sarebbe bastato separare i clienti dal gruppo...peccato!

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Vor allem tolle Gegend im Frühling und Herbst! Mit Fahrradgarage, in der nur die Zutritt haben, die ein Fahrrad mithaben. Zusätzlich sind Schlösser an der Wand angebracht, an dem jedes Fahrrad einzeln abgesperrt werden kann.

Anche ad ottobre la riviera romagnola merita! Bravissimi all'hotel Estense!!!
Pros:

Hotel situato in zona centrale, staff gentile disponibile e professionale, ottimo il servizio delle biciclette per tutta la famiglia. Le camere dotate di ogni confort, noi personalmente siamo stati una camera deluxe e abbiamo apprezzato il giradischi, la macchina del caffè e il bollitore (le mie figlie hanno fatto una camomilla calda ogni sera). Cibo eccellente, tantissima scelta per ogni palato. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Luft nach oben, trotzdem zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Reinigungspersonal arbeitet sehr sauber, Auswahl des Abendessens und Qualität ist hervorragend, Frühstücksauswahl ausreichend. Für unseren kleinen Hund wurde kein Aufpreis verrechnet und hat auch Leckerlies, Napf und Kotbeutel erhalten! Das gesamte Personal grundsätzlich sehr freundlich! Unbedingt mit Parkplatz (vorhanden) buchen, erst recht außerhalb einer Nebensaison.

Cons:

Einige Bereiche des Hotels sollten dringend renoviert werden wie z.B. die Teppichböden in den Stiegenaufgängen, das gebuchte Zimmer haben wir auf ein Superior-Zimmer geändert, das anscheinend von uns gebuchte Zimmer war uns zu klein. Das angebotene Superior-Zimmer war zwar dann etwas größer und hätte an sich gepasst, allerdings war das Badezimmer in einem veralteten Zustand und sollte ebenfalls renoviert werden. Es sollte also ein solches Zimmer nicht als Superior angeboten werden.
