Eine gelungene Städtereise in einem sehr empfehlenswerten Hotel
Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß, ansprechend eingerichtet und mit einer gut funktionierenden Klimaanlage versehen. Wichtig an sehr heißen Tagen. Das Bett war groß, die Matratzen hatten eine angenehme Härte. Das Bad hat uns gut gefallen, die Dusche war ebenerdig. Wir hatten einen schönen Ausblick auf die Ilmenau und das Hafenzentrum mit vielen Lokalitäten. Das Frühstück war außerordentlich reichhaltig und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir konnten zudem die Tiefgarage nutzen. Der Fahrstuhl hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können dieses Hotel unbedingt empfehlen.

Cons:

Im Zimmer war ein Wasserfleck und an einigen Stellen waren Flecken auf dem Flurteppich zu sehen. Die Tiefgarage sollte regelmäßig begangen und gesäubert werde, da öffentlich zugänglich.

Prima hotel op mooie locatie. Wel wat onpersoonlijk.
Pros:

Mooie, ruime kamer, goed gebouw, bijna tè uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en uitstekende locatie.

Cons:

Zeer onpersoonlijk: incheck in ander gebouw en in het hotel hebben we alleen personeel bij het ontbijt gezien.
Nogal wat stofvlokken van onder het bed!
Eigenlijk tè duur voor wat het is in Lüneburg.

Overall, a great experience, and we’d happily stay here again. Thank you!
Pros:

The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. We were also happy that our dog was welcome without any extra charge.
The underground parking garage is convenient. It felt a little tight with our larger car, but it was manageable.
The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beautiful old town with its lovely streets and riverside.

Pros:

The room was ok.

Cons:

I could not enter the hotel (the glass doors did not open and the reception behind it was not staffed), although the booking confirmation had stated that I would be able to do so at that time (22.00). When someone came out I slipped in. At the reception there was a note that I should check in at another hotel. I think that is rather stupid because that note should have been on the glass doors and not at a place which I could only reach after slipping in as I did.

Wenn die Klimaanlage nicht korrekt arbeitet
Pros:

Großes Zimmer, tolle Aussicht auf die Ilmenau durch das riesige runde Fenster. Es war ein einfacher Checkin. Da alle Hotelparkplätze am alten Kaufhaus vergeben waren, durften wir die Tiefgarage des Schwester Hote Bergströml nutzen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig, wir waren zufrieden.
Zugang in die Etagen der Zimmer geht nur mit Zimmerkarte, so dass dies ein Stück Sicherheit mit sich bringt.

Cons:

Der Wasserablauf der Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, so dass innerhalb kürzestet Zeit durch herauslaufendes Kondenswasser eine große Pfütze auf der Fußboden an Fußbereich vor der rechten Bettseite entstand. Mit einigen zusätzlichen Handtüchern konnten wir die Pfütze trocknen, allerdings waren die Handtücher nach dem Einschalten sehr schnell wieder durchweicht, so dass wir die Klimaanlage nicht weiter nutzen konnten
Da das alte Kaufhaus komplett ausgebucht war, konnten wir auch nicht in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen.
Besonders ärgerlich:
A: Das passierte bei der Hitzewelle, das Zimmer ist im obersten Geschoss
B: Der Wärmetauscher der Klimaanlage war sehr stark verstaubt, was auf mangelnde Wartung hinweist

Gelungener Trip nach Lüneburg in einem tollen Hotel
Pros:

Super Lage mitten in der schönen Altstadt ❤️
Bequemes Bett, Kühlschrank mit Gratis-Getränken, Klima-Anlage (wir hatten 35° an dem Wochenende…)!

Cons:

Frühstücksbüffet fanden wir mit 29,90€ p.P. zu teuer, aber man kann in vielen Cafés rund um die Illmenau hervorragend frühstücken ☺️

Sehr schlechter Kundenservice im Nachgang zu Doppelbelastung Kreditkarte. Keine Rückbuchung und keine Reaktion des Unter
Pros:

Top Lage. Gutes Zimmer.

Cons:

Kreditkarte wurde nach IT Ausfall doppelt belastet und Rückerstattung wurde vor Ort angekündigt.
Seither keine Reaktion auf diverse Mails. Telefonisch niemand auf den angegebenen Rufnummern zu erreichen.

Ich würde aktuell von Zahlungen abraten, für
mich wirkt es als sei das Unternehmen in Zahlungsschwierigkeiten.

Wenn Lüneburg, dann gerne wieder in dieses Hotel
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage und gutes Personal. Tolle Ausstattung.

Cons:

Zuerst war der Parkplatz knöcheltief unter Wasser, sodass ich barfuß einchecken musste.
Das Personal war dann aber sehr hilfreich und hat den Fehler gleich behoben.

Lidt nedslidt. Indtjekning var ok men al info. vedr. hotellet blev udleveres på et printet stykke papir… på tysk. Måske det ikke er alle der læser tysk?
Værelset havde en sur lugt. Måske fordi det er tilladt at have dyr med på værelserne?
Det er ikke velegnet til folk med astma / allergi.

Morgenmaden var rasende dyr. 30 euro pr. Pers.
Parkering og byskat var 30 euro 😬

Super Lage, schöne Zimmer, gute Betten, nachts trotz direkter Citylage ruhig - wir kommen wieder

Alles, wir haben uns im Superiorzimmer zu der Flussseite sofort wohlgefühlt

Cons:

die Stellplätze im zugehörigen Parkdeck sind sehr, sehr eng, war eine echte Herausforderung dort mit SUV und Fahrradträger wieder rauszukommen, nachdem die freien Plätze einfach nicht anfahrbar waren, das sollte einfach erwähnt werden - ist kein Problem im Umfeld zu parken. Das angebotene Frühstück ist mit 30 Euro / Person für alle die morgens nicht für den ganzen Tag essen einfach zu teuer, vielleicht für das Empfinden besser die Übernachtungspreise zu erhöhen und das Frühstück vom Preis zu senken.
