Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt geeignet.
Pros:

Sehr gute Zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Parkhaus sehr eng.
Sehr wenig Personal. Rezeption nur selten bis gar nicht besetzt ( erst ab 16.00 Uhr am Nachmittag besetzt, morgens ist das Hotel wohl ohne Personal). Wer etwas Komfort sucht ist hier nicht am richtigen Ort. Service gibt es hier keinen. Frühstück überteuert. Auch hier sehr wenig Personal.

Wunderschönes Zimmer mit Balkon und Leseplatz direkt über dem Fluss. Leckeres Frühstück mit viel Auswahl! Lage nah am Zentrum war super! Gerne wieder🤗

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und für Hotels überdurchschnittlich

Cons:

Aus technischen Gründen konnte ich nicht am Hotel einchecken. Ich bekam zuvor etliche Emails mit überflüssigen Standard Emails. Aber diese wichtige Information landete nicht bei mir. Ein Anruf bei der Kontaktnummer war nur eine KI, die nichts von dem Problemen wusste und mich nicht weiterhelfen konnte. Einfach nur schlecht. Ein kleiner Hinweiszettel wies mich zu einem Nachbarhotel. Dort konnte ich dann einchecken. Was für ein schlechter Service

Schöne erholsame Woche
Pros:

Frühstück war für den Preis nicht angemessen,Lage des Hotels war top. Ich habe auf dem Parkdeck vom Hotel geparkt, umsonst Parkautomat defekt. Sonst würde es 25 Euro pro Tag Kosten.

Cons:

Das die Rezeption nur ab 13.00 Uhr besetzt war, man hatte keinen direkten Ansprechpartner. Zimmer sind ein wenig abgewohnt.

Ein Kurzurlaub für die Seele dank eines Teams, das den Unterschied macht!
Pros:

Die Lage, der Glasvorbau, die Sauna, das reichhaltige Frühstück, die Kunstwerke und besonders das Personal, welches einfach toll ist. Ob es der Service im Frühstücksraum ist, das freundliche Team an der Rezeption oder die Reinigungskräfte. Alles sind einfach menschlich zugewandt und zeigen ihr Empathie im Umgang mit den Gästen. Ich habe mich so herzlich aufgenommen und gesehen gefühlt, wie ich es noch nirgendwo sonst in einem Hotel erlebt habe. DANKE

Cons:

Nicht gefallen haben mir Gäste, die wenig Geduld zeigten und eine unangemessen hohe Anspruchshaltung an den Tag legten. Außerdem wäre eine durchgängige Besetzung der Rezeption sowie eine Bar wünschenswert.
