Great hotel and location but put better lighting in the rooms please
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location and always very clean. Staff were friendly

Cons:

The lighting in the room is very dull, very difficult to do makeup

Pros:

The Room was fine, clean on arrival, a little small but fine, massive bathroom which was spotless. The bed was comfortable but a small queen. Restaurant looked nice. Great location in the city.

Cons:

(Out of the control of the hotel) woke up constantly by drunk residents throughout the night trying to access our room. Women running through the corridor at 2am screaming for 'help'. Seems like the place for Stags and Hens, if you're a couple or professional, you will probably find a more appropriate hotel. No Fridge in room. Cleaners didn't do a great job on day 2, more concerned with flipping rooms. Carnage at reception when we returned at 11pm, people getting sick and screaming and shouting. Charge applicable if you want a late check out, £20 an hour. Get in quickly if you want the hotel luggage storage as we were told there isn't much room.

Perfect for our needs.
Pros:

Very spacious apartment. Quick check in. Bar snacks were good and didn't have a long wait. Breakfast was efficient with good choice.

A lovely central hotel run by friendly staff
Pros:

We liked the very central location and the friendliness of the staff. We came for a university offer holder day and the lovely lady at the desk was very nice with my daughter and seemed genuinely caring. The room was very clean and the beds comfy, the WIFI is very good. Plenty of sockets around the room.

Cons:

We liked most things but one small bottle of water on arrival for three people seems a bit tight especially as it was never replaced during our two nights stay. Two of the coffee mugs we used were not washed. A microwave in the room would be a welcome addition.

Great hotel for short break.
Pros:

Liked Grain and Grill Restaurant, we had Birthday celebration and service was excellent 640 David H.

Cons:

Outlook of the windows to the wall. It is good we did not spent any time in the room during daytime.
