Great location and room
Pros:

I liked everything. Kettle so close to bed so didn't need to go far. Just used bottle water that was in room. Shower was great. Bedding was clean.

Cons:

Maybe needs a touch of pain in the bathroom door and skirting but all good bar that. The noise was a bit loud from party goers and cars etc. which is just me not being used to it in the countryside so it's not hotels fault.

Pros:

great location, great hotel, cleanliness is good, but service could have been improved.
Pros:

cleanliness was great, finally received 2 towels unlike other hotels.

Cons:

there was only 2 house slippers and 1 set of toothbrush provided when there was 3 guests checked in. the receptionists also weren't really friendly when we requested for more slippers or for housekeeping (after 12pm).

I paid for an upgraded room and ended up in an accessibility room. The room was no where near what I was promised for an upgrade. In fact it seemed to me like a paid for a downgraded room instead. Emailed the hotel and got no response. Bed sheets had stains on them and rips room still had rubbish in it and hadn’t been cleaned.

Impressed with hotel facilities and felt welcomed
Pros:

We were able to check in early which was very much appreciated. We were also able to add breakfast on at checkin with no issues. The receptionists were very helpful and informative. We got extra tea/milk dir room with no issues. The bed was comfortable like sleeping on a cloud after a long day of sightseeing.
