The only thing that I was let down by was the Bedding.
Badly fitted sheets on the Double Bed.
No pillow protectors! An open ended pillowcase with the view of the stained pillow! Very unpleasant.

Location is perfect for a weekend away in Newcastle it's right in the middle of everything

Cons:

On arrival I found the woman at reception to be very rude and condescending, she had very bad manners and it wasn't a nice way to start off my weekend

Great hotel in a great location
Pros:

Very clean. Room was lovely and comfortable. Complimentary water and soft drinks in the friidge was a nice touch. Staff were excellent throughout the hotel. Will most definitely be staying again.
