Definitely staying again!
Pros:

Fab location, just down from The Gate. Was not expecting something so nice when entering. Loved how safe it was - you can only access the lift etc with your room key. Bed was super comfy. Room was clean. For the price I wasn’t expecting something so nice. Quick check in. Good 24hr services.

Cons:

Stated there was ice machines on every floor but couldn’t locate one on the third and when I enquired I was told they were all off on every floor which was disappointing. Little bit more space in the room between the double and single bed would have been nice but not a problem.

Was a nice stay, I would love to visit again but they need a few improvements to make!
Pros:

Nice beds, clean room, easy access to the rooms, multiple sockets 👍. Very nice breakfast buffet style 👍

Cons:

The tv had no other channels in it, a smart tv would have been better than just an ordinary tv. There was almost nothing to watch! There was no refrigerator in the room. At least a bed-side fridge should have been put in the room. The heating thermostat was not easy to understand or control, no adequate heating in the room.

Very convenient
Pros:

The breakfast was fairly good
The location was very convenient

Cons:

The distance between the venue and the hotel was comfortable for our stay.
Also the smell in the atmosphere was awesome
However, the sheet and pillows was discolored and there was some stains on one of the pillows
The beds also wasn’t comfortable as it felt soft and sunk in the center, which gave me some back pain during the morning
However it was convenient to stay there!

Pros:

Good vslue for money, great location
Pros:

Really central, we’ve stayed a few times
The room was great snd the beds were very comfortable. Easy to alter room temperature.

Cons:

Nothing we didn’t like, the pillows weren’t so comfortable- one wasn’t enough but two were too high!
Room 101 - not a good view - boarding panels.
