Welcoming staff
Pros:

I came to this hotel with my sister to meet my Canadian relative who chose to stay here for her first night in the UK. We were warmly welcomed. The room was clean and comfortable. Valerie served us at our meal at the hotel restaurant. She was very attentive to our needs and made our evening. The meal exceeded expectations largely due to the care we received by Valérie.

All in all, a good place to stay to explore the city for a short break
Pros:

Very central, convenient location,
Comfortable, clean, spacious room
Did not have breakfast
Had one meal there which was excellent

Cons:

Noisy street on Friday and Saturday nights, as in close proximity of 2 pubs
Would have liked streaming channels on tv
