Great location - right in the centre of Newcastle. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Good breakfast choice
No socket in the bedroom beside the table - has to drag the table over which made the room feel cramped. No drawers anywhere - all hanging space.

La ubicación es perfecta. Estás en el centro de la ciudad en un hotel de 4 estrellas. Cerca del estadio de futbol, en el centro de la ciudad, con todas las tiendas, Grey Street, el mercado, el castillo la catedral. Ubicación Perfecta. Los servicios del hotel eran perfectos.
Lo único, que no tenía minibar y eché a faltar algún enchufe convertidor a Europeo. Por lo demás a mi me pareció perfecto. Volvería a repetir

No coffee in early morning. I was happy with everything.
The staff were outstandingly friendly & helpful. Blonde lady who did my check in didn’t just make the usual hello, here’s your room” small talk. We had a genuine 5 minute conversation about the area and asked why I was in Newcastle etc… Very polite & respectful. 10/10!
It’s hard to pick anything negative really, I only stayed one night but if I had to pick something it would just be that it wasn’t super easy to find my way about the hotel but this was not a problem really as I stated, the staff are so helpful this seems very minor!

The water in the dining room was warm. We both felt the room smelt of someone been smoking .
All Staff were excellent. In particular, Ken was a very friendly face each morning as the greeter for breakfast, David H similarly for dinner, and Valerie provided quiet, efficient and attentive dinner serving.
The help yourself breakfast was excellent.

The room had enough space for a table and 2 chairs. We appreciated that.
There was not enough drawer space to put away our clothes. We were there for 3 nights and there was only 1 rather gimcrack drawer. The cubby holes which could have doubled for clothes were too high up for me to use. My clothes ended up piled on the narrow shelf under the TV! The lighting in the bathroom was unhelpful. There was no task light for shaving or putting on make-up. You were lit from above and behind which left most of your face on shadow.
