Eu e meu marido fomos comemorar nossa bodas de casamento. Fomos muito bem recepcionados. Ótimo hotel, porém atendimento precisa melhorar.
Pros:

Quartos são grande e muito confortável. O staff sao simpáticos e bem humorados.

Cons:

Apesar do staff ser muito simpáticos não são eficientes, várias vezes tive que pedir duas ou três vezes para enfim atenderem o pedido, principalmente durante o café da manhã. Um dia esqueceram de passar o pedido para a cozinha, no segundo dia tive que pedir 3x para me servirem água.

Hotel excelente e equipe muito educada e solicita, nos proporcionou uma ótima experiência.
Pros:

Da equipe, todos nos atenderam muito bem, da recepção ao café da manhã. Ainda recebi um mimo no quarto, pq era meu aniversário, deixaram bolo e uma cartão com uma linda mensagem.

The property was extremely beautiful and the location was perfect for the activities we had scheduled. Very luxurious decor and the granite throughout was stunning. The restaurant was gorgeous and the food amazing. We ate at the bar a few times and food was excellent. The drinks were excellent too! The rooms were quiet and beautiful - we slept so well!

Cons:

The only thing we would say needs improvement is when ordering drinks by the pool, it took 1 hour to get our drinks and the order wasn’t correct. We noticed others were experiencing the same that day.
