Tout la télé ne fonctionnait pas, les lits étaient extrêmement durs une odeur d’égout ressortait de la salle de bain, on entendait tous les bruits de la chambre. La clim fait un bruit énorme et à une odeur de périmée, ce qui crée dans la chambre un climat plus que désagréable, notre chambre donné sur un terrain vague, plein de détritus , le frigo n’était pas froid, de plus l’appareil pour demander le ménage ne faisait que clignoter toute la nuit, ce qui nous dérangeait pour dormir en plus des problèmes des gens existants

Huone oli siisti ja vuode mukava. Sijainti hieman syrjässä Pattayalla, mikä teki siitä myös rauhallisen. Lyhyt matka rantaan, mutta jos kaipaa rannan aktiviteetteja, täytyy kävellä hieman pidemmälle.

Location is very central and right in the beach front.

Great night market right next door.

Wouldn’t be staying here again ! Yes it is cheap and you get what you pay for… the images on here do not show what the hotel actually looks like the kids play area is in a car park and next to open water which you can see from the photos.

The pool area is dirty, the tiles around the edge of the pool and the corners are green, looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. People eating chicken in the pool and leaving their rubbish around.

Definitely not a family friendly hotel as they claim to be they do not have travel cots, the park is not safe for children.

Our rooms smelt of mould, there was damp patches on the walls. The showers over flowed and leaked. There was blood on the bed and ants in the room (we did NOT have food in the room).

Also breakfast is grim !

Would definitely not return again.

Miserable, dirty and extremely uncomfortable

This hotel is absolutely NOTHING like the photos. The only thing that will look the same are the hotel rooms but there are extremely dirty. My room had ants running everywhere. When I checked in and viewed my room they were balls of hair on the floor and blood stains on my duvet. Before I noticed the blood stains, I requested my room to be cleaned again and it hadn’t! I then requested to change rooms and they said I had to pay the additional amount !!!

The accommodation claims to be family friendly but is 100% not! The photo of the park is very misleading, I will attach photos of what it actually looks like compared to what they advertised! The park was located in a car park and right next to open water which is perfect for kids right?🥴

The first night we was leaving the hotel to go the night market, which is about the best thing located right next to the hotel. A guest staying 3 doors down, came out his room and told my little boy to shut up lol, we had only just left the room!

The food is absolutely dismal! I thought the bread was already toasted, turns out it was just stale.

The staff was beyond rude and not accommodating giving the circumstances of my complaints. Luckily I got hold of booking.com who were amazing and gave us a full refund for our 10 night stay and we left after 1 night as it was just appalling.
