Hotel Bernabeth

Viajamos este feriado con mi familia a este gran hotel y nos encantó! Un excelente servicio todas las personas incluido el dueño muy amables siempre predispuestas a atendernos y ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitábamos la comida las picaditas de la tarde losmolstos fuertes incluido el desayuno muy rico muy bien preparado y lo que nos gustó es que ellos se adaptan a lo que te guste comer o como tú desees que lo preparen siempre te preguntan, lo recomiendo a ojos cerrados tiene una acceso espectacular al mar el cual es muy hermoso muy limpio sin nada de basura, las habitaciones bien arregladas y aseadas con todos los servicios funcionales y aparte todos los cuartos son vista al mar a nosotros nos tocó una con una vista increíble, tienen una piscina super amplia y bien mantenida con una pequeña cascada, recomiendo mucho este lugar mágico y tranquilo para pasar en familia y en si recomiendo mompiche todos allí son muy serviciales, me encantó tanto que espero volver para fin de año, como dato importante si viajas con tu mascota la cual fue mi caso, lo van a tratar con mucho cariño y amor, en fin fue un feriado increíble en este lugar.

Je suis restée plus longtemps que prévu : il y a une grande piscine, quand vous voulez qqc il suffit de demander ( nettoyage de la chambbre, serviettes propres...), plage de pataporte pas loin en mototaxi. Je pense revenir

Located at the Northeast end of the villiage of Mompiche, only a 2-3 minute walk to the bustling, yet small center. The hotel is gated and ample parking is available inside the gates. I was greeted by Jose, one of the property managers who was very friendly. Upon checking in, he asked me what I wanted for breakfast the next day and when I wanted it (breakfast was included in my reservation). The next morning I was greeted by Jose and his boss, Freddie, who had breakfast ready for me at the small dining area next to the pool (which was quite nice). I chatted with Freddie and shared my plans to visit Isla Portete and Playa Negra which are about a 45min walk from the hotel. Freddie kindly offered to arrange a moto taxi for me, but ended up driving me in his personal car to the boat launch to Portete! Overall, my stay was very pleasant, mainly due to the friendly, kind, and informative staff at Bernabeth.

Buenas instalaciones, seguro y personal muy atento.
Se necesita mantenimiento del área de esparcimiento (mesas ping pong, mesa de billar) y tener bebidas sin azúcar

Dead insects everywhere, disgusting rooms, run down property that hasn't been maintained for..years? The only OK was the staff, they were friendly and kind. The only bonus of the installations is the fact they have AC, Mompiche is terribly humid.

El hotel es precioso y la atención de los dueños es magnífica, te sientes seguro y estás a 3 calles del centro del pueblo en el que puedes conseguir casi de todo.

Quizá en lo que se pueda hacer énfasis para mejorar es en el servicio de internet (wi-fi) que presentaba intermitencia y baja velocidad, por lo demás estupendo.

The hotel is located in a little town, rather right outside of it. As you get there it’s not exactly a pretty sight. The hotel is a bit old and lacking in maintenance, especially the entrance and parking. The rooms are very well-kept, clean and nice. The pool could have been a little cleaner but it was nice as well. Breakfast was included: very basic, nothing fancy but good. The great thing about this property is that it has direct access to the beach, which was wonderful.

El estado era en general acceptable. El
señor que trabajo nos hizo el estado accetable porque era muy amable. Pero por la situacion que era temporada baja solo havia una pareja mas en el
hotel. El restaurante y el karaoke estavan cerrados. El desayuno: solo habia una opcion, pero parecio que en la temporada alta tendria un buffet. Por ese precio que pagamaos estuvimos esperando mas y estuvimos descepcionado de la atencion que recibimos y eso solamente porque es la temporada baja. Para nosotros deberian dar la mismo atencion en qualquer temporada.

Excelente servicio, personas muy amables, hotel muy limpio y con áreas bien distribuidas, me encantó que el lugar sea pet friendly.

El hotel está en un sitio espectacular, pero es lo único. Pese a que el personal es muy atento y cordial, las instalaciones están muy dejadas y no son acordes a las fotos publicadas, las cuales serán del día de inauguración de hace unos 10 años o más. Todo está muy dejado y con una gran falta de mantenimiento.

Su ubicación frente al mar en una playa hermosa, el personal es muy amable y le facilita la estancia. Inclusive si no tienen el servicio en el hotel facilitan las condiciones para que lo encuentres. Es muy recomendable.

I had the must pleasant time at the hotel. The owner made me feel completely comfortable and help organize parts of my trip outside of the hotel. His kindness and hospitality surpassed all of expectations. This is the best hotel in town.

Buen local, buena estructura pero, con mala comida.
El WiFi no funcionava en la mayor parte del tiempo.

El hotel es un lugar ameno los juegos para niños están limpios y en un lugar bien ubicado, la piscina es limpia y temperada, la comida es deliciosa y la atención al cliente perfecta

The hotel is not what is showing in the pictures staff super friendly but the hotel is in bad condition, I had to leave at the second day I couldn’t stay no beach to enjoy the pool very small everything was horrible, I waisted my money

Súper Excelente todo

Been in this hotel with a friend from nov.19th to nov.26th. Although we were two, we book a room for four. The room was comfortable, quite large, and with a breathtaking view on the waves only 10 (yes,ten) meters far,and kept very clean. We were even able to instruct the reception- thank you Juan Carlos- about the time to make up our room best fitting with our timetable! The bathroom a lil bit too small, but with a large shower cabin I really enjoyed. The personnel is very ery friendly and always available to meet your needs as far as they can. There's a reasonably large pool, but one can find himself on the sandy beach that is 5 (five) meter far from the hotel's wall, and directly accessible through the hotel's gate.I'm quite satisfied. The structure is not brand new, but honourably maintained. The common spaces are generous and with palms and well looked after green. Price is absolutely reasonable and fair in respect of what you pay. Not luxury, but quite comfortable to stay. On a scale from 1 to ten, I d award a full 7 plus.
