We booked this hotel last minute for an unplanned overnight stay in Split. It was perfectly located in the heart of the old town, close to ferries port, yet it was quiet and very comfortable. The room was superb, and the service was very friendly. I left an umbrella in the room when I checked out and only remembered about it later. I messaged the hotel and they very kindly found the forgotten item and kept it for me until I could come to pick it up a week later.

We were late arriving but nothing was too much trouble - the room was amazing, and the location is fabulous. The old town is really pretty with a maze of little streets and although there was bustle, it was really relaxed and just a lovely place to be.
We simply didn't have enough time there to enjoy the luxury of the hotel and the charms of Split...

The reception was unfriendly and unhelpful. I didn’t have housekeeping come because I was afraid they would steal my belongings. The room was dirty and noisy. The location was great, but if a hotel room affects your overall trip experience, don’t book it.
Great hotel in the old town of Split. Great walkable location to all the nearby attractions. Wonderful front desk staff and they helped arrange airport transfer for us. Hotel is very old but has an elevator going up past the first floor. Beautiful rooftop terrace with a great view. Overall it was everything we needed in Split!
The bed could have been more comfortable and had a few larger or softer blankets. Small quilts only.

זהירות ! למעלית מובילים 2 גרמי מדרגות תלולים שיש לסחוב את המזוודות במדרגות עד למעלית בנוסף אין לובי ואין מקום לארוחת בוקר אלא בחוץ. כשהגענו , בני 60+ וראינו את המדרגות ונאלצנו לבטל, בעלת במלון צעקה עלינו בטלפון וטענה שכיון שכתוב שהמעלית מתחילה בקומה ראשונה, היינו צריכים לנחש שיש מדרגות תלולות עד למעלית וגבתה מחצית מההזמנה ! תוך חוסר אכפתיות מוחלט מהקושי שלנו . כך שתדעו שאם יש לכם בעיה עדיין תאלצו לשלם .
The staff were super helpful and kind, the location was fantastic
The problem was we thought it had a lift for my elderly father, but the lift starts on the first floor! There is a flight if stairs with no handrail to get there!
The location in Old Town was good with a bar next door. We didn’t pay for breakfast as was expensive but there were plenty of restaurants nearby that served breakfast.
The room was large and a huge bathroom but with a roll top barn and shower attachment which made it difficult to shower as water went all over the floor. There was plenty of room for a walk in shower to be installed.
Breakfast was included but it was at a restaurant 15 min walk away.... this should have been clearly stated in the description of the hotel.

Location of course was amazing. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
Forgot to explain breakfast and didn't give us vouchers for the first morning.
Loved the decor and proximity to the old town and ferry port. Room was spacious and comfortable.
