good location, daily cleaning and change of towels, comfortable bed

Cons:

the water pressure on the 10th floor was a bit weak. There were also occasionally some little ants in the room, but they didn’t bother me.

Small pool and gym but very clean.
Decent breakfast.
Room upgrade because of a major leak in our bedroom.
Hotel arranged a free airport drop off because of our inconvenience.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, besonders "Mr. Pi" sowohl an der Rezeption, Empfang, Küche und bei der Zimmerreinigung.

Cons:

Das Buffet war ziemlich lieblos und einfach.
Keine gute Auswahl für meinen Geschmack.

Hotel je dobre situovaný, 5min. od pláže, milí a ochotní personál na recepcii ochotní plniť moje požiadavky, taktiež vynikajúci personál v reštaurácii, vkusne pripravené stoly, vynikajúci výber jedál a k tomu úsmev od každého. Vždy čistá izba s voňavými uterákmi. Pekný bazén na streche s nádhernou panorámou mesta. Personál na recepcii pripravený a ochotný splniť každú vašu požiadavku vždy s úsmevom.
