Pros:

坂の上にありますがその分静かでお部屋もかなり広く快適でした。トースターやキッチン、冷凍庫付きの冷蔵庫があり便利でした。朝食も本格的なタイ料理がいただけて大満足でした！

Pros:

Our stay at this hotel was fine until it came time to check out and they tried to charge me to replace all the bedding because my son accidentally spilled milk on the bed. The staff tried to rip me off AUD$150 because they said it could not be cleaned.

Pros:

Our first time in Phuket, the place is so beautiful we enjoyed staying here, very clean, the ladies customer services was excellent. Safe and so relaxing 😌. Good size room.

If I come back I will book them agin. Only 5 minutes from KAMALA BEACH ND 15 MINUTES TO PATONG BEACH. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH.

Pros:

If you are staying at this hotel, you should be aware of the extremely steep slope before getting to this hotel on the hill. The slope is sooooo steep that it intimidated all of my Grab drivers. One of them even refused to drive us up to the hotel and we have to walk up….You can use the shuttle truck by the hotel but just make it

Estadia bem lega, porém o hotel precisa de manutenção. Alem do piso da Piscina SER MUITO ESCORREGADIO o que é bem perigoso. No geral um hotel legal. Oferece transfer para a praia pois não da para ir andando é longe e subindo uma rampa longa.

Pros:

Rooms are nice and spacious. Shower in suite needs a door as the whole floor is wet after shower. Misleading on website - should advertise as residence/apartments- not as hotel. No restaurant on-site and too far to walk to any shops/restaurants. The shuttle not always on time and 3 nights did not depart at all at 8pm as per schedule so we had to spend a lot of money on transport.

The complex has potential.

Pros:

This hotel is located in a secluded area. A walk to the nearest restaurant or convenient store involves a 20-minute with a steep uphill walk. The hotel provides 4 daily shuttle runs. The problems are: no spa or on-site restaurant, fitness room with old/ rusty equipment, and a tiny swimming pool.

I booked the room with breakfast. It turned out that I had to go to another hotel (Citygate Hotel) for that, and the breakfast was marginal at best. I asked a male night attendant for extra hangers on the first night, but I never saw any extra hangers during my 3-night stay.

In short, the idea was good but the execution was flawed. A secluded retreat needs to have various on site facilities (such as spa, gym and restaurant) , so guests don't have to go out for food and entertainment.

Pros:

Absolutely loved this property, we booked the honeymoon suite and we couldn’t of asked for a better room. Staff was very friendly and helpful, they have a free bus go 10 times a day to the local area and beach which is free of charge. If I stayed in Kamala again I would definitely stay here again! And would recommend the hotel highly.

Nice tranquil resort
Pros:

Overall the resort was a nice place. It’s a pretty isolated location which is great for some time away from everything. It was a bit difficult for our taxi driver to locate the hotel. The hotel is about 40 mins away from the airport.

Pros:

The room is wonderful, clean and spacious. We love the balcony. The sensor lock is difficult to open. And there is chanting/singing nearby in the middle of the night though. A bit difficult to get around due to the slightly remote location but the shuttle can be easily arranged.
