Pros:

The location in the old town was lovely.
The staff tried hard to assist with our concerns.

Cons:

The lack of parking was horrendous. Two spaces only!! The alternative locations were ludicrous.
We had a dog and were put on the 2nd floor..why?
The room was very small and the shower looked especially unsanitary.
