It’s tranquil setting with magnificent views.
Loved everything.
Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Spa access. Great breakfast.
Very hot so opened windows meant hearing the trains.
We loved our stat. The hotel is beautiful, nice big rooms, set up beautifully as we had children they made up the sofa bed. Lovely views, fridge in room, everything you need. Slept so well!
Staff lovely and friendly
Food great. Breakfast included
The pool is usually really enjoyable, we regularly pay to visit. As its been hot and busy the water was a little murky. Otherwise everything was brilliant.
Staff were friendly, bed was comfortable and good coffee from machine at breakfast.
Location, room overlooked car park, caravan park and train track before the estuary and opposite bank. No mention of train track on website which was approximately 100 meters away.
Cleanliness of bathroom extractor fan, balcony with cigarette ends. Dirty balcony furniture and cushions for chairs were stored on top of the wardrobe which was thick with dust.
Room in need of maintenance, hole in ceiling and water damage on bathroom ceiling, ripped sofa wth filling coming out.
Self serve breakfast items were swimming in fat. Poor evening menu, Lasagna was literally tomato soup with pasta pieces, very little meat and no béchamel sauce or cheese. Menu overpriced.
Chlorine smells from the pool throughout the corridors.
Spoke to the manager about our concerns of which she knew about but still put us in that room.
Very comfortable, inviting surroundings and rooms. The staff couldn’t be more accommodating and the food is great xx Jackie is so welcoming and hospitable,….she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect xx
Polite and attentive staff. Clean and well organised. Good meal.
Nothing at all.
A hidden gem. Loved the vibe and decor.
Really impressed with the pool, sauna and steam room.
Staff were so lovely and accommodating . Let us order food off the menu just before restaurant opening times.
I had emailed to say it was my partners birthday and there was a bottle of wine and chocolates in our room. Such a nice touch.
Free on air site parking.
I have no negative to say and we have already decided we will be back. A beautiful place and exactly what we wanted to get away from the business for the night.
No comment to make
Staff were fantastic position overlooking the bay was beautiful
Bit far out unfortunately
Location and facilities were excellent
Nothing
Place was tucked away very rural. Nice community. Staff were friendly.
Pool is a good size and facility clean and well usable. Didn't see gym. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Bit late 8am to 10 I think. . Would prefer 7am.
Evening meal was a local caught hake very good and not bad value at all.
Enjoyed the beach access.
Room had USB outlet.
It is a holiday park also with a few dozen static holiday homes. Beach access was a bit overgrown and across the train track but 2 minutes walk.. Trains are quite frequent but not that intrusive.
The Spa access is somewhat restricted I think it's 8am to 8pm swim and 10 am to 8pm for the Sauna . I was up much earlier and was back too late to swim.
Place is a little tired and decoration choices are erratic. No AC anywhere.
Lovely pool, good meal in the restaurant, very clean and comfortable room and bathroom
Friendly staff but sometimes a bit of a wait at reception
Beautiful part of Wales
Room was a little warm, but it was the hottest day ever in May.
Beautiful location. Personable staff. Good varied food selection on the menu.
