Everything was exceptional
I think breakfast could be included in price
Beautiful rooms
Very clean! Staff were very friendly and the food was amazing
Lovely clean room , ac and lovely bathroom with a good shower . If you like a soft bed you’ll struggle as it’s rock solid but very supportive , had a great nights sleep
Bar area not particularly cosy which is a shame as the rest is lovely , would be nice with some sofas or relaxing areas rather than just dinner table and chairs .
Warm welcome. First class staff who always greeted you with a smile. Excellent food at both breakfast and dinner. The revamped bedroom was a delight. A well managed hotel.
Nothing negative to report.
Room was recently decorated to very high standard and fittings and fixtures were to high standard.
Hotel room and dining room had air conditioning which was very much appreciated in the heat wave last week. There is a lot of parking at the property. Also 5 minute wall to sleaford. Very accessible for everywhere.
Breakfast was charged separately but was prepared by a very cheerful and accomplished chef . I enjoyed all the meals and all staff were friendly and accommodating.
The bar area is dated but I believe there are plans to renovate this.
I liked the bed but my partner found mattress hard.
Beautifully refurbished, lovely room with air-conditioning. Amazing friendly staff (we had a problem with our shower that was rectified within 10 minutes) . Great evening meal and fab breakfast . Couldn't want for more . Will definitely book every time we come to Sleaford .
Bed had a very firm mattress but was OK for just one night .
This hotel has recently been upgraded to a high standard, the rooms are modern, comfortable and clean .
Great location, clean and comfortable
Not much
Staff rude well the lady in morning
Polite, welcoming staff. Appreciated the free parking, clean room and complimentary water, tea/coffee.
In our opinion cooked breakfast should be included in the room rate (comparison based on other hotels we’ve stayed in/price).
Convenient as it was our wedding night
Very basic
Staff at breakfast (woman) very rude. When we changed a couple of things on menu ie fried to scrambled eggs or said no mushrooms she said can’t you just leave them. Then when another diner came in she said help yourself to buffet breakfast but it’s been ransacked. Obviously us as we were the only ones there.
Over priced for what we received and if she was my staff I’d sack her!!!!!!!
At the location I was DJ’ing at.
The Location was convenient with plenty of free parking spaces. Staff were friendly. Apart from that there was little to appreciate about the hotel or the experience.
The hotel might have been splendid in its day but it is well past its prime and desperately needs updating. The heating was turned off in the bedroom but came on quickly, the radiator in the bathroom came on 12 hours later. First time we used the sink tap there was a foul smell from the drain.
I booked the extra large king size room and presumed the default reservation would be for 2 people but had to pay an additional £15 for my wife.
The continental breakfast was basic at best. There are better places to stay.
