Møgbeskidte værelser i virkelig dårlig stand

Personalet er flinke og hjælpsomme, men hotellet er ganske enkelt et forfærdeligt overnatningssted. Vi var afsted som en familie på 4 personer, som manglede et overnatningssted for en enkelt nat. Vi havde bestilt et VIP2 værelse til 4 personer, men fik i stedet 2 almindelige værelser, selvom vi gentagne gange forsøgte at forklare dem at vi havde bestilt et VIP2 værelse til os alle 4. Værelser og badeværelser var dårligt vedligeholdte, beskidte og uhumske og på det ene værelse virkede aircondition slet ikke. Virkelig dårlig standard hele vejen igennem!

Pros:

The address given on Hotels.com. When I went to the location and called them because I could not find the location, they could not help me. The room itself is very stuffy from the bathroom. With the balcony door closed the room has a slight mildew smell. Turning the AC on helped a little. It seemed like people in other rooms smoked because I was able to smell smoke while in my room. The comforter was folded and stuffed in the closet when I got to the room. It looked like it had not been cleaned from previous guests. I could easily hear noise from the hallway, especially the cleaning people speaking very loudly. They were helpful though getting me to my next destination at check out

Great service! And lovely couple!
Pros:

I unfortunately had to cancel my stay after just showing up. The hotel itself was a little outdated but the young couple that seem to run the place were incredibly nice and refunded my money despite not being obligated to. Thank you so much!!!
