Excellent restaurant service, poor room furnishings
Pros:

The hotel's strengths were its cuisine, staff and location. We were particularly impressed by the variety of dishes on offer, as well as by the professionalism of the head waiter in the restaurant, who was always attentive to customers' individual requests.

Cons:

However, we were very dissatisfied with the first-floor room, which had no balcony and was poorly lit. The lack of a desk for writing or working was particularly annoying, as was the windowless bathroom with a noisy fan connected to the lighting that could not be turned off, and the television placed on the wall to the left of the bed (practically unusable). The double bed was also frustrating, as it consisted of two single beds with a mattress placed on top to give the appearance of a single structure.

Hotel sito in punto prossimo all'impianto di risalita, non troppo lontano dal centro da richiedere mezzo, vasto parcheggio,. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Pros:

Posizione ottima per raggiungere l'impianto di risalita Spinale anche a piedi.Box per gli sci comodissimo al piano terra molto capiente e con scalda-scarponi da sci.Personale cordiale e disponibile.Colazione nella media.

Cons:

Dare coperte più leggere per entrambe i letti.Quelle presenti in camera erano davvero molto calde.Ma è davvero un dettaglio ed io,per mia dimenticanza,la sera del secondo pernottamento non le ho chieste in reception.Mi avrebbero sicuramente accontentato vista la disponibilità.

A friendly hotel, well located fo the Spinale Gondala. Brilliant showers
Pros:

Breakfast was fresh and the choice was good. A little less than in larger hotels we have stayed at but perfect start for the day for us.
