Stunning hotel in a historic and rural settling
Pros:

Beautiful historic building with extensive gardens. Delicious dinner and breakfast option.

Cons:

Unfortunately the heating in our room had been left on before we arrived and despite asking reception to switch on the air conditioning this did not happen 😟

Pros:

El Convento de Mave is one of my favorite places to stay in all of Castilla y Leon. The work that was done to take the historic styles and buildings and turn them into a place with all the modern conveniences, comfort, and style is just amazing. Add to that an exceptional staff in an amazing location and you have one of the best places to stay in Spain.

Las personas de Recepción son muy amables y encantadoras.
Pros:

El desayuno es muy completo.
El lugar es encantador y muy bien rehabilitado.
Los exteriores están muy cuidados y son muy agradables.
La decoración está muy lograda.
El Refectorio tiene paredes que dan un ambiente poco acogedor.

Cons:

El sistema de interruptores de la luz en la habitación es muy complicado.
La calefacción demasiado alta obliga a cerrar los radiadores de la habitación manualmente, para no tener que abrir la ventana.
La ducha de lluvia es original pero demasiado alta.
El regulador de la ducha está estropeado y el agua sale demasiado caliente.
Se agradecería una banqueta para dejar las maletas en alto.

One night stop on way to Santander to catch ferry / restaurant wasnt fully open but there was a selection of dishes

Limpieza de la habitación deficiente, polvo acumulado de mucho tiempo en todas las superficies incluso dentro del armario
