Hotel con mucho encanto!
Pros:

La restauración del monasterio ha sido hecha con gusto y amor, y eso se nota!
Lo mejor el propio edificio, el jardín, las salas…las señoras de recepción encantadoras!!

Cons:

Primero nos alojaron en una habitación de la planta baja que no nos gustó nada…lo pedimos y nos cambiaron a la primera planta y genial!

Pros:

It was highly unusual property that was amazingly renovated and staff were highly motivated and happy.

There was lots to explore not only in the area, mostly walking, but around the grounds and inside of the hotel.

Cons:

The bathing area was very small and we wished there were coffee/tea facilities in the room as there was lots of space for it.

An amazing hotel.
Pros:

Loved everything. The hotel has been very tastefully modernised. Staff were so helpful and friendly. A delicious meal in the restaurant and a very comfortable bar/cafeteria. You must try their vermouth!

Una troballa per pasar una o varies nits. Idoni per fer la ruta Canal Castilla i recuperar el cotxe
Pros:

Hotel ubicat en un antic convent rehabilitat, amb una armonia excelent entre l'antiguitat i la modernitat. Molt ampli, personal super amable, i habitació amplia, còmode i quarto de bany adient a l'habitació. Parquing privat i tancat, una part devant recepció i un altre també tancat molt amplia al costat, molt adequat per deixar el vehicle uns dies mentre es fa ruta amb bicicleta. Disposen de local per tancar bicis amb seguretat. Estació de tren (Mave) a 100 metres
Disposa de restautant amb una carta "selecta". L'esmorçar tipus buffet es variat i ben surtit.

Cons:

No disposar d'ascensor si es va carregat, tot i que donat el tipus de construcció, s'enten de que sigui dificl de ubicar

Por limitaciones particulares de mi dieta hubiera echado de menos un buen entrecot a la plancha y una ensalada básica en el menú, pero lo que comimos estaba muy rico

Pros:

Hotel precioso, el convento está reformado con muchísimo gusto. El emplazamiento es perfecto si vas a ver el románico palentino. Además, se ven muy bien las estrellas de noche.

Cons:

Colchón muy incómodo, de hecho eran dos camas de 90 juntas, que además tienen ruedas y se separan fácilmente.
Los productos del desayuno no son de buena calidad (café, infusiones, pan, tomate, aceite...)
El servicio deja bastante que desear. La persona que nos recibió no era muy amable, sin entrar en detalles. Después, otra encargada se puso a darnos voces desde lejos por pasear por el jardín porque "solo es para clientes". Cuando le dijimos que éramos clientes, ni siquiera se disculpó. Cómo excepción, la encargada mexicana que nos hizo el check out sí que fue encantadora.
No nos sentimos a gusto, habríamos preferido un hotel más pequeño con mejor trato, colchones cómodos y buen desayuno, aunque no sea tan lujoso.

The layout of the bedroom was unconventional but accepting the original purpose of the building it was most understandable. Not a problem.
