There is nothing specific that is really liked about this shabby shitty horrible hotel.

Cons:

The hotel charged me approx. INR 18,000 for the stay with breakfast for 3 nights. Room is charged at an average of INR 6000 per night. The first night I stayed in a room where the AC wasn't working. The size of the room is not more than an ATM or a bird's cage. You open the door and straight jump onto the bed because you hardly have space inside the room to walk. The bathroom is so small and tiny that you just cannot bend yourself to wash your face on the basin unless you open the door. Check the relevant photos below. Even the local hotel staff confirmed to me that I am being charged a lot more of the usual rate and that I have been duped by the management staff based in their Kolkata office. The hotel rate shouldn't be more than INR 1000 per night and I am charged approx. INR 6000 per night.

How come they claim themselves 3 star on booking.com ??? They are hardly even a star

How come booking. com being such a reputed company accepts these kind of fraudulent hotels like this to even place their advertisement and mislead people like us ????? These kind of hotels and their management should be penalized for duping & looting customers like us and be removed immediately from any hotel reservation sites. STOP THIS NONSENSE OF SHITTY BUSINESS AND LOOTING CUSTOMERS

Cons:

Staffs behaviour bad, included breakfast not provided,even they didn't gave water.
Everything you have to buy.
Food is too expensive and after that gst and room service charges are extra added.

It was a decent stay.

The location of the hotel is near temple and accessible by car. Private parking is available, which does not belong to the hotel and parking is chargeable. The food was generally good.

The approach road to the hotel is extremely congested. Private parking is available, which does not belong to the hotel and parking is chargeable. The food was generally good. The intercom was not working, hence to order room service we had to go down to the reception to order food. There is a huge problem of power failure and the AC does not operate during power failure. The hotel generator is only for minimum power.
