sincere people who found my ipad which i left
Pros:

a neat and clean place.
but what impressed and fascinated me is after i checked out.
i left my ipad in the hotel which i realized after reaching airport while i was placing my electronics in tray. i thought of calling the hotel after security check, but i received a call from them mentioning that my belongings are found. appreciate sincerity of their staff and management on this gesture

Pros:

I booked a non-a/c first. The sheets were stained and so were the mug and bucket in the bathroom - they were very old and had blots of fungus in them. I was welcomed by a snail in the bathroom. The bathrooms had not been cleaned as the previous occupant's used soap was still there in the holder. The floors and walls were dusty. I had to request to get a blanket and that was crumbled and looked like it hadn't been dry-cleaned for decades. I requested for and moved to an a/c room which was slightly better —if you ignore the bedbugs, that is. Both rooms had a stench of stagnant air and it was evident that the windows had never been opened in a long time. The corridors reeked of cigarette smoke. The only good thing about the hotel is that it is just a stone's throw away from the Ernakulam Town railway station.

Very pleasant stay. Very good staff. Good location
Pros:

One of the best stay I had. Cudos to the amazingly friendly staff. They agreed to keep my luggage even after the check out time. Right in front of the railway station, it is very convenient. Will surely recommend this.
