Overall, we had a great overall experience and would happily return. the location and hospitality were amazing.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and I would especially like to highlight the front manager, Hayette. She was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our visit.
She went out of her way to assist our daughter, who doesn’t speak French, and made sure she felt comfortable. When I mentioned that our room felt a bit dusty on the first day, she immediate took action, and from the following day onward, everything was perfectly clean.
What started as a holiday with modest expectations turned into a truly satisfying experience. By the end of our stay, we were already thinking about which room we would choose for next year!

Cons:

Our small area for improvement would be the dinner option.The kids’ menu had limited choices in terms of protein and carbohydrates, which made it a bit challenging to find balanced and diverse meals. Additionally, having a salad bar for adults would have been a great addition.

Pros:

Un très bel emplacement avec une vus incroyable au pied des pistes, le restaurant est excellent, le personnel est au petits soins ,nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassé

Séjour chaleureux dans un cadre idyllique
Pros:

Emplacement idéal avec une vue extraordinaire sur le Mont Blanc. Chambre cosy et très confortable. Hôtel plein de charme avec une équipe au top, souriante et pleine de bonnes attentions.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet hôtel au ski.
Le cadre est magnifique, les chambres sont confortables et le restaurant excellent et petit déjeuner copieux et varié
Le personnel est vraiment au petit soin, à l’écoute et très réactif.
Merci à Fanny, Cécile à l’accueil pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse,
Un immense merci également à Cécile et Léa, les adorables dog-sitters de notre petite chienne, pour leur douceur et leur bienveillance 🐾
Merci aussi Romaric et Lucas mixologue  avec qui nous avons découverte cocktail et Laura en salle Pauline , Romane adorables et aux autres membres de l’équipe dont je n’ai malheureusement pas les prénoms, mais qui ont tous contribué à rendre notre séjour très agréable.
Grâce à vous, nous avons pu profiter de nos vacances en toute sérénité.
Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs.

Pros:

Great property in a great location. The food was good, especially dinner.

Cons:

The whole package is almost there. Staff were a bit slow, notably around getting a drink. The beds are very hard and rooms overly perfumed.
