Overall an enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The lobby and bar is inviting and comfortable. The staff were great and took care of our luggage immediately on arrival and departure (lifting onto the vehicle)

Cons:

No food/drink other than water, in the room, apart from 2 black tea bags, 1 green tea bag. (We don’t drink coffee unless decaffeinated) Tea bags were not replenished though we stayed 3 nights.

The room had a sewage smell and the pool bar had warm drinks although the staff were friendly.
Pros:

The location is excellent, situated right next to a main shopping area which makes it very convenient with plenty of shops and amenities close by. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room itself had several issues. The bathroom had a noticeable sewage smell which made it quite unpleasant. There is also a strange cabinet placed in the centre of the room that looks like a wardrobe but is actually a fridge, which feels very oddly positioned. The drawers didn’t shut properly and the glasses didn’t fit in the cabinet well, making it feel poorly designed and inconvenient.

The pool bar was also disappointing. The fridges behind the bar weren’t working, so drinks were being served warm. The food at the pool bar was below par as well. We ordered sweet potato fries, a cucumber salad, and salt and pepper calamari, and all of them were quite poor in quality.

I booked for 2 people and we checked in at 11.30pm. The room was settled for 1 person, we had to call for towels and toothbrush and slippers for the swimming pool as well.
In the morning I was looking for charge my phone in the lobby and have a coffee in the meantime. The receptionist told me that there are no charges in common area. I went upstairs and had coffee in the room, again 1 only spoon that was even dirty.
This is not a 5 star hotel and definitely not a 5 star service.
