Will stay there again
Pros:

very friendly and helpful staff, centrally located, can reach South Bank in 15 minutes by foot, a lot of cafes and restaurants around, room is well designed and very clean

Cons:

soft pillows, one switch for 3 different lights in the bathroom, would be nice to have separate switches to leave just one light at night, towel a bit worn out
