Comfortable, restful and peaceful. Good family staycation.

Pool with swim up bar, gym.

Cons:

Gym was a bit small, no steam room or hot tub facilities for public access without paying for the day spa. Pillows were horrendous and lumpy.

Not a 5 start experience.
Pros:

Breakfast was satisfying. Had everything but lacked flair. Stayed at hotels that weren’t 5 star with better breakfasts.

Cons:

Bed linens smelt of bleach or chlorine. Duvet was torn. We requested room clean all they did was make the bed. No dishes cups were cleaned or replaced. Just left as they were. No tissues in the room. No amenities were restocked for the 2nd day night. Lacked a lot of a small touches for a 5 star hotel.
