Difficile d’acc par l’ascenceur. Les rideaux ne couvrent pas bien la fenêtre, de sorte qu’il faisait clair le matin! Mais le lit King était très bien!

Heel vriendelijk, dicht bij park en de Malecon

Fue la mejor opcion que tomé al hospedarme en este centrico hotel, excelente ubicacion. La vista desde el piso 13 impresionante, a pesar de temerle a las alturas y al ascensor, lo recomiendo y volveria a hospedarme nuevamente. todo muy confortable en la habitacion camas grandes y limpias . Ducha de agua caliente. Tuve un buen descanso El desayuno muy rico. Lo recomiendo.

El check in fue un poco lento porque nos dijeron que no nos tenían registrado en el sistema. La zona es muy buena porque está cerca del Malecón 2000, barrio chino, tiendas, restaurantes. El hotel es antiguo y la recepción se encuentra en el piso 13, primero hay que subir una escalera para llegar a la zona de ascensores que te llevarán al piso 13.

I chose the hotel BECAUSE of the option of breakfast, which was not provided due to the fact that "the woman who makes it, hadn't arrived." This overnight was a gift for a friend and clearly included an "American" breakfast. I had had to pay in full in cash in person the night before despite never being told that credit cards would not be accepted. This was a strain on my budget for the rest of the trip. I had also offered my friend breakfast, which caused embarassment for me when I heard he had to go find and pay for his own. At the hotel, the night before, we were told that breakfast would be served from 7:30 to 8:30, rare hours for a Sunday morning. Then, after getting up early, he was denied breakfast. His request for credit or money back was also refused since "they only offer breakfast as a "courtesy."" In addition to helping others avoid unnecessary hassles with so many excellent options in Guayaquil, I hope that Expedia will take into better consideration which hotels they are supporting. Thank you.

Le hace falta una reforma

muy bien todo, pero el wifi aveces fallaba y al televisor le fallaba el volumen

Buena atención. La habitación no estaba completamente equipada al llegar, pero el personal actuó de manera rápida para resolverlo.

Buen servicio, las habitaciones muy cómodas, el personal muy atento y la ubicación muy buena

The hotel is in a nice area, they offer an airport shuttle though it was a bit more expensive that our inital taxi ride from the airport bus station. They offer breakfast and their ammenities are great (we were even able to watch English t.v.!) though it is a bit out-dated they are clean and the staff is friendly however our "king sized bed" was actually just 2 smaller beds pushed together; this is common throughout Equador but just a heads up to other travelors.
