Cons:

They are difficult to contact. I need to make a follow up for the refund for hotel deposit but they don’t have email address. We also needed help for a weighing scale and they don’t have any, they even asked us to go to the hotel across.

Overall great experience, nice hotel with great and spacious rooms that are clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Everything was great, the location is central and quite, the room was big, clean with comfortable beds and spacious bathroom, the staff were friendly, we had coffee in the room, the hotel even has a rooftop terrace but sadly it is not opened during cold season.

Cons:

I would include some single use items like slippers, bahrobes etc. and a manual shower head. It would much easier to use.
