Rhankfully the beds were confortable, the rooms clean and the A/C had an off switch.

Beds are comfortable. Rooms are very clean.

Cons:

Advertisment and booking confirmation stated breakfast for two per room included. When we got there they said the information was wrong. Also on the confirmation it stated that additional breakfast would be 20 USD per person. I asked if this was correct. They confirmed and showed us where the breakfast room was. In the morning altough, we were sent away.
What bothered me most, is the way we were dismissed both times.
There were other things too...
The complimentary water bottels that were supposed to be in the room and weren't; The incredibly noisy AC; one of the rooms did not have body wash, which by the way, was not even refilld on the second day, when houskeeping went in to make the room, despite the no disturb sign; The rooftop that was not open.
Only nice and friendly staff that actually made us feel welcome was Elisabeth in the restaurant.

Great location, great housekeeping
Pros:

Great location! Walking distance to Metro and fantastic restaurants. Great staff, especially the house keeping staff. Our room was always made up perfectly.

Cons:

The Delegate restaurant was excellent food and service but it was strange that a middle management guy was roaming around really doing nothing but checking up on the wait staff. They did not need it.

Velke krasne pokoje, celkove hotel pusobi luxusnim dojmem. Vyhodou byla mala lednicka na pokoji.

We enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard and found the location handy.
Pros:

Our room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The complimentary coffee, and having a water station on every level was appreciated.
