Wonderful Experience
Pros:

The food and the buffet spread is good. Sudipji and team at the food courtyard is very helpful and had arranged a cake for our anniversary. Nice ambiance and spacious rooms.

The flavors were beautifully balanced, ingredients were fresh and high-quality, and the presentation was both elegant and inviting.

What truly stood out was yadav Chef’s ability to combine classic techniques with innovative touches, creating dishes that felt both comforting and exciting. Amazing experience!
Pros:

Balaji sarovar has always had all the necessary tricks up their sleeves to make the hospitaltiy experience exquisite ! But they impressed me even more with their chinese new year menu ! The sushi's were amazing! This is the first time i felt like i was dining in an asian restaurant in a city like mumbai/pune. The sushi's here were as good as youd get in tier 1 cities. Chef Yadav sir was extremely warm and welcoming. Over all a gold star experience! An absolute must try for everyone.

Shot stay but excellent stay
Pros:

Very nice and well maintained. The shower was excellent with good water pressure.

Cons:

May be the checkout can be improved. As we waited for few minutes to complete the process.

Worst Experience in Balaji Sarovar Premier
Pros:

Place is well kept, rooms are not clean. The staff at the reception were very rude. The manager of Mr Ajit and Smita were very rude. All in all a very worst experience. Will definitely not recommend the place.

Amazing stay at Balaji Samovar
Pros:

I had an amazing experience at the hotel. The hotel was clean, everyone was friendly. Especially loved the food! The staff was very courteous, helpful and professional, especially Vrushali who was very helpful during checkout. Totally recommend staying here.

Amazing stay from start to finish. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable.
The food was delicious and well-presented. Special thanks to Chef Kazi & Chef Birmoni for the excellent taste.
Staff was polite, friendly, and always ready to help.
The ambiance was calm and perfect for relaxing.

Rooms are very dirty
