Disappointing experience

Very pleasant staff and nice breakfast

Cons:

Our room had a problem with sewage smell. We were ‘upgraded ’ but the unusual room didn’t have the ordered bed layout and was facing a courtyard with glass walls and huge curtains. Hotel is quirky with strange decor and designs. Location is a bit off and neighborhood uninteresting.

Loved every minute
Pros:

One of the best hotels we ever been to. The gentleman in the reception was so polite and accommodating. Very nice decor and rooms. The spa was clean and not crowded. Loved it and will come back soon!

Hotel affascinante e curato, ma con standard di servizio non coerenti con la categoria; non lo sceglierei nuovamente.
Pros:

Soggiorno di quattro notti.
Edificio affascinante e scenografico, con grande carattere.
Ottima la pulizia in tutti gli ambienti.
Qualità del sonno eccellente: materassi e biancheria di livello superiore.
Personale di reception cortese e disponibile.
Buona la SPA nel complesso e cena della prima sera di ottima qualità.

Cons:

La colazione non è risultata all’altezza di un 5 stelle: organizzazione poco coordinata, offerta dolce molto limitata (ad esempio no torte), scelta ridotta di pane (ad es non pane integrale da tostare), assenza in alcune mattine di prodotti base come lo yogurt già alle 8:30 (le 2 mattine in cui presente c’era solo yogurt bianco) e una sola macchina del caffè con attese.
Alcune preparazioni (es. Piatti di uova elaborati) disponibili solo a pagamento.
Inoltre, per tutta la durata del soggiorno la porta della sauna non si chiudeva correttamente, lasciando entrare aria fredda: un dettaglio che incide sull’esperienza e che non è stato risolto.
In ultimo cosa che potrebbe far sorridere (ma che rende bene l’idea) la sera prima di cena, io e mia moglie abbiamo ordinato uno spritz e un americano e mi hanno portato il caffè…

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel mit schönem Spa in relativ zentrumsnaher Lage
Pros:

Als erstes muss gesagt werden, dass das gesamte Personal äusserst zuvorkommend, freundlich und um die Gäste bemüht ist. Das Hotel in einem ehemaligen Palais ist schön eingerichtet, spezielles Design und hat einen kleinen, aber sehr feinen Spa-Bereich. Bar und Restaurant, wo auch ein recht vielseitiges Frühstück serviert wird, sind in einem sehr schönen grossen Raum, der zum Verweilen einlädt. Ein gratis Willkommensdrink in der Bar wurde auch offeriert.

Cons:

Aus der Beschreibung der Zimmer ging nicht hervor, dass sämtliche Superior-Zimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten nur Fenster zum Innen-Atrium (unten Spa) haben, man also keine Option zu frischer Luft hat. Hinzu kommt, dass man die Temperatur der Klimaanlage nicht selber steuern kann, sondern immer die Rezeption bitten muss, dies zu tun.
