Séjour agréable
Pros:

Le personnel était aux petits oignons et les chambres très confortables et très spacieuses.
3 Piscines à l'extérieur, une piscine à l'intérieur avec un jacuzzi et un sauna.
Buffet pour le petit-déjeuner et pour le dîner sympa.
Superbe place juste à côté.

Pros:

Posizione strategica... una delle migliori secondo me di Playa de Muro (spaziosa e tranquilla).
Colazione molto varia (manca un buon cappuccino ma vabbé).
Pulizia eccellente !
Insomma lo consiglierei.

Cons:

il cambio asciugamani mare dovrebbe essere anticipato alle 9.00 così per permettere a chi va in gita di averlo per tempo pulito (al momento c'é un giorno sì ed uno no e solo dalle 10.30 che non sono MAI le 10.30...).

Pros:

Ein schönes, großes Appartement mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Matratzen sind etwas fest aber wir haben einen Topper bekommen. Insgesamt wurde auf Wünsche sofort eingegangen. Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und beim Essen. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück und beim Abendessen. Die Lage am Naturstrand ist hervorragend.

Cons:

Der Zugang zum Fitnessbereich sollte nur per Karte möglich sein. Es waren oft Kinder dort und haben den Bereich als Indoor Spielplatz benutzt. Das ist gefährlich für die Kinder und es stört.

Enttäuschend!
Pros:

An sich schöne Anlage mit direktem Zugang zum Strand.
Aber Rutschgefahr in der Anlage bei Regen, auch wegen Bodenunebenheiten.
Personal: Rezeption freundlich und bemüht; Housekeeping gut (aber Instandstzungsstau im Zimmer bzw. an der Tür der Dusche , siehe Foto) .
Bar mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern; Service beim Essen ok; ein Kellner aber zumindest übergriffig und laut.
Sehr nette Masseurin (kommt von ausserhalb und muss einen Tag vorher bestellt werden)

Cons:

Zimmer war ok, aber es gab Instandsetzungsstau (insbes. an Dusche: durch Korrosion platzt Lack ab an der Tür; siehe Foto).
Nachts massiver Insektenbefall auf Nachttisch neben dem Bett: Insekten krabbeln z.B. in nicht ausgetrunkene Gläser (in der 3.Etage !! ); siehe Foto.
Essen mit schlechtem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis (15 Euro für Frühstück und Abendessen für 26,-Euro (!) zusätzlich (fürs Abendessen (fürs gleiche Geld konnte ich in einem schicken Restaurant in der Nähe fürstlich speisen und musste nicht mitansehen, wie schlecht erzogene Jugendliche das Essen vom Buffet mit den Fingern antatschten - und wieder zurücklegten!).
Aber erstklassiges Restaurant (Es Figueret) in fussläufiger Entfernung (400m), siehe Tripadvisor und Foto.
Zum Frühstück Buffet lieblos drapiert; Rührei u. auch die gekochten Eier kalt;
Mangels Schüsselchen musste man die dünnflüssige Marmelade direkt auf den Teller schütten; Kaffee war ok; Fruchtdrinks aus der Maschine (aus 1cl Minigläschen) schmeckten nicht bzw. künstlich.
Abendessen nicht mehr geniessbar, wenn man eine halbe Stunde vor Ende erst kam (Fleisch zerfasert und übergart; Pizza zäh, übriges Essen zu lange auf Warmhalteplatten und nur lauwarm gehalten)
Strandtücher wurden nur an drei Tagen gewechselt; Bademeister (wohl Osteuropäer) nur am Aussenpool; beim Innenpool, am Innen-Jaccuzi und bei der Sauna keine Aufsicht, so dass Jugendliche im Hallenbad ungeniert laut dröhnend Ball spielen und/oder die (nackten) Saunagänger durch das nur leicht getönte Saunafenster beobachten konnten.
Trotz Vorbestellung und zweimaliger,Anmahnung war Sauna kalt und musste erst 40 Minuten lang aufgeheizt werden.
Kinder liefen ungestört von aussen direkt ins Hallenbad mit dem Dreck der Aussenanlagen an den Schuhen/Badelatschen;
gegen das unerzogene Benehmen der Jugendlichen (auch in der Bar) schritt niemand ein.
Deshalb in Zukunft nur noch adults only! Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist in diesem Hotel jedenfalls falsch.

Hôtel bien situé au bord d’une superbe plage, avec personnel souriant , et un buffet ( matin soir) très varié

40 50 min de l’aéroport en taxis, possible d’y arriver en bus ou avoir un transfert de l’hôtel

Pros:

War mit meiner Mama zum 2 mal in diesem Hotel.
Uns gefällt die Lage direkt am Strand. Die Gartenanlage ist sehr gepflegt.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
