Wij waren op familie bezoek dus sliepen er alleen kamers waren goed schoon, ontbijt vond ik matig en er was veel geluid

Pros:

Ubicado a unos 10 minutos del centro del pueblo, nos gustó por estar bastante nuevo y con la piscina + pizzería en la azotea que era un puntazo.

El personal muy amable, nos dejaron sombrilla para la playa, y el desayuno muy bueno.

Good value for the money for a stay in Pula if you just want a place to sleep
Pros:

- Very helpful and nice staff, everyone addresses you with a welcoming smile and always available to help you with any request
- location is great: walking distance from the center of Pula
- easy to park: there are a few designated parking spots for the hotel guests, but you should be able to find other parking places nearby
- good value for the money, at least in late September / beginning of October
- though we did not use the pool, the upper deck of the hotel is nice
- room size: the room is fairly large, so you won't feel claustrophobic

Cons:

- building surroundings: the hotel is built on top of a supermarket, so the layout is a bit awkward (the reception is on the 1st floor, but the entrance is on the base floor, so as soon as you cross the door, you face just some stairs and an elevator)
- noise: there was a lot of noise creeping to our room, coming from the supermarket. Every day, at around 7am, there was a loud noise of either someone dragging heavy stuff on the floor below, or opening a metal gate that woke us up every day
- I don't think the air renovation system was working in our bedroom. It had a bit of a damp smell when we entered (which I suspect it may be caused by some infiltration from the floor above - where the SPA is supposed to be, judging by the paining job on the ceiling), and our towels never dried completely even after a full day. I even tested the aspiration nozzle with a piece of paper to check for any airflow, which did not exist.
- noisy room fridge: the fridge is not enclosed, and each time it either started or stopped, it made a bunch of clunky noises that sometimes woke us up.
- Poor wifi signal in our bedroom, we could barely get a signal
- breakfast: not at the level I would expect from a 4 star hotel:
* There was mostly pre-packaged sliced bread, until the day we asked if they could arrange other kind of bread.
* hot breakfast was just scrambled eggs.
