Pros:

I really liked the hotel I visited the other day because it had a welcoming atmosphere, the facilities were nice, and everything seemed clean and well organised. I also liked the overall environment, as it felt comfortable and relaxing. It left a very good impression on me, and I would definitely consider staying there again.

Cons:

The only thing I felt was missing was a fridge in the room. It would have been really useful to keep drinks and some food fresh, especially during a longer stay. Apart from that, I really enjoyed the experience and felt comfortable there.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und die Zimmer auch.

Cons:

Der Check-In war für uns über 60-jährige etwas schwierig und das ganz ohne Personal. Man musste sich für uns langwierig am Display, oder Terminal draußen anmelden. Alles eben für die junge Generation eben und plötzlich kamen die zwei Zimmerkarten heraus, aber wir vergaßen unsere Zimmernummern, welche auf dem Terminal kurz angezeigt wurden. So musste ich noch mal eine Nummer anrufen, um die Nummern zu erfragen. Das war etwas stressig für uns zwei Alten, aber sicherlich für die junge Generation ganz normal und easy.

Pros:

Als Person mit einer Zöliakie habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gab verschiedene Brötchen und sogar glutenfreies Müsli. Das ist leider nicht immer selbstverständlich.

Bräuchte ich noch einmal ein Hotel in Heinsberg, käme ich gerne wieder!
Pros:

Ich bin alle 3-4 Wochen geschäftlich in Deutschland unterwegs und übernachte dementsprechend häufig in Hotels.
Optisch von innen und außen ist das Haus Sarah sehr ansprechend, ebenso wie die Sauberkeit rund ums Haus sowie innen in den Räumlichkeiten. Die verbauten Fenster haben die Geräusche des Straßenverkehr gut abgeschirmt.

Cons:

Schätzungsweise waren 4/5 der Zimmer an Teilnehmer eines Hundesportevents vermietet. Hier hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass die Frühstückszeit den Bedürfnissen der Kunden angepasst worden wären.

Ein Hinweis bereits bei der Buchung über die genauen Frühstückszeiten hätte mich davor bewahrt ein Frühstück zu buchen/ bezahlen, welches ich überhaupt nicht zeitlich in Anspruch nehmen konnte!
