滞在中に突然体調を崩してしまい、ホテルの方に迅速な応急処置と病院への搬送手続きを行っていただきました。その際、日本人スタッフの方が病院まで同行してくださり、サポートしてくださったおかげで、不安な状況のなか本当に救われました。ホテルに戻ってからも、体調を気遣って温かいお茶や朝食をお部屋まで届けてくださり、その細やかなおもてなしに深く感動いたしました。さらに、チェックアウト後に空港へ向かうタクシーの中に携帯電話を置き忘れてしまうというトラブルがあったのですが、ここでも日本人スタッフのフナト様に大変お世話になりました。フナト様の迅速で親身なご対応のおかげで、無事に東京で手元に受け取ることができました。旅行中のトラブルが重なったにもかかわらず、スタッフの皆様のプロフェッショナルで温かい素晴らしい連携のおかげで、最高の滞在の思い出となりました。「改めてWホテルに滞在して本当に良かった」と心から思っております。サポートしてくださったすべてのスタッフの皆様に、この場を借りて深く御礼申し上げます。また必ず宿泊させていただきます。

J’ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour dans cet établissement. Tout était à la hauteur de mes attentes et j’ai été très satisfaite de mon expérience.

Le personnel était particulièrement accueillant, sympathique, souriant et très aimable. Leur professionnalisme et leur disponibilité ont rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié la qualité du service ainsi que l’attention portée aux clients. Tout était bien pris en charge et l’ensemble de l’expérience était vraiment très satisfaisant.

Je recommande vivement cet établissement et je serai ravie d’y séjourner à nouveau lors d’un prochain voyage.

Value for money is hoog. De service is echt fantastisch, overal wordt aangedacht en al het personeel staat voor je klaar. Het ontbijt is echt geweldig, nog nooit zo goed ontbijt gehad als hier. De ligging direct naast de twin towers en midden in KLCC. Keurig netjes zwembad en overige voorzieningen.

Bon hotel mais qui n’est pas 5 etoiles
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très bon. La propreté y est au rendez-vous. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié. Le massage y est également excellent, sans dout l’un des meilleurs que j’ai fait dans les hotels.

Cons:

Le plus gros porblème est que des personne étrangères à l’hôtel puissent venir dans l’espace piscine et ce à un prix très abordable, cela conduit à un climat très bas de gamme. On aurait dit un hotel bon marché. Nous ne sommes plus allés à la piscine. Aussi, les salles de bain des chambres sont basiques et pas à la hauteur d’un 5 etoiles. En outre, l’insonorisation est catastrophique, on entend les bruits de la rue ainsi que des cris dans le couloir à 4h du matin. Nous en avons informe la réception qui n’a rien fait.
