TERRIBLE
Staff and owner’s attitude like thugs. Scamming business, blaming customer, very rude.
I made a booking before 10 days with full confirmation and 100% advance payment guarantee. However, when checking in, the correct room was not given. Although I was a loyal customer before but the hotel has changed owners with this attitude so I will never come back.
