Heel fijn hotel. Ruime kamers. Perfecte locatie. Gratis upgrade. Overdadig ontbijt. Personeel zeer vriendelijk. Haar hulp toen de accu van onze auto leeg bleek zullen we nooit vergeten.
Lovely stay in a warm and welcoming hotel. The staff were unbelievably friendly and offered us a free upgrade to a bigger room as there were a couple of free rooms. The included breakfast was also fabulous. Highly recommend to anyone travelling through Goris!

Everything was great!
The room was amazing: very well decorated, clean and really large, it had a mini-fridge, some small balcony, a large bed and even a full-sized table in the middle.
The bathroom was also quite spacious and clean.
The location was right in the town center and very close to shops, restaurant, the bus stop, etc.
The breakfast was also really good and very large.
We later stayed in a 4-star hotel in Yerevan, and it was worse than this hotel!
We received a warm welcome. The staff were friendly. The room well decorated in Armenian brown and hold flock wall paper. 3 piece suite, separate bedroom. Good view of misty hills. Good parking. Evening meal at hotel tasty and reasonably priced.
Our first night we didn't sleep well because the duvet was small and the mattress spring but hard and uncomfortable. Staff sorted the duvet problem with a second duvet and blankets provided
Really very nice staff- friendly and attentive, They did everything that we feel good. Large and space rooms. We came late night,but there was not any problem to serve us till we wanted. Good breakfest. We really liked this place.
That we stayed just one short night
Good location near the bus and taxis, in the main shopping area. Simple but very nice breakfast. Staff were polite and helpful. Room was huge - more like a suite - with a bedroom, seperate sitting room and bathroom.
Our room was very cold and they seemed reluctant to turn on the room heating. Maybe there was a miscommunication because on the second night they gave us a small fan heater and it did a perfect job of warming up the whole suite.
The hotel rooms were better than what was showed on the pictures. Breakfast was served deliciously and the personnel was very friendly and attentive. We were there with three families and we couldn't find transportation to the hotel and the employee named Narek helped us find a way to come and arranged it really well. Overall we are very satisfied with the service and hotel and will surely come back! We definitely recommend this hotel to others!
