Pros:

The room was very nice and the location was great, but the experience with the staff left a bad taste to our stay.

Cons:

We booked this room using Booking.com’s sauna filter, but only at check-in were we told that sauna use required an additional fee. This was nowhere mentioned in the listing. Reception dismissed our concerns, stating we had paid for the room, not the sauna. We filed a complaint with Booking.com, but nearly two weeks later, we still have no response. Very disappointing lack of transparency and customer service.

Hat alles gepasst, kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut, Zimmer komfortabel.

Cons:

Das etwas eigenartige Fenster zwischen Zimmer und Bad ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Wenn jemand in der Nacht auf Toilette muss, ist das ganze Zimmer erleuchtet.
