Pros:

Everything about the hotel was excellent, location in the centre was a bonus. All staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The room was very clean with all the requirements for a short stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately for the fleece hotel guests a nearby bar plays loud music outside until closing time which could put guests off a possible return visit.

The breakfasts were superb. It was very noticeable that the quality of the food was excellent as was the presentation
I would like to say that every member of staff were so nice and very helpful at all times. For that reason it is perhaps unfair to single anyone out but both Beckie and Wendy with her local knowledge were a delight.

Pros:

Good location, clean rooms, meals good with great service

Cons:

Room very hot (25.8c) in April on sunny day with windows open. Full English breakfast was dry/ over cooked but other options were excellent and well presented.

Lovely. Very close to the main square and next to Georgian theatre.
Pros:

Well equipped and modern facilities. Very clean. Comfortable extra large bed. Lovely large bathroom with walk in shower.
Sockets and light next to bed.
Food at breakfast and dinner very good. Lovely staff. Very busy so needed to prebook for restaurant. Long stay carpark 5 mins walk away.

Cons:

It’s busy and is noisy in the bar area. Our room was right above the bar and the music and voices were heard until late.

The cleanliness was second to none. Whoever does the cleaning is doing an amazing job.
