Extremely Disappointing Experience – Untruthful Staff and Poor Maintenance
Pros:

I didn't like.

Cons:

I had a very frustrating stay at this hotel with my family. The staff was dishonest throughout our stay, and the basic amenities were poorly managed.
Dishonest Room Allocation: Despite requesting adjacent/connected rooms for my family, the staff refused and falsely claimed that rooms together were unavailable.
No Staff Assistance: There was no staff available to guide us or show us to our rooms upon arrival.
Hazardous First Room: We were initially assigned a room that had just undergone pest control treatment and was completely unfit for occupancy. Only after I raised an objection did they agree to move us.
Misleading "Upgrade": When shifting us, the staff claimed they were upgrading our room as a courtesy. However, once we arrived, it was the exact same basic room category.
Poor Bathroom Layout and Missing Essentials: There were no bathroom mats/towels provided on the floor. For bathing, only an overhead shower was installed—there was no hand shower available. To make matters worse, the glass partition door in the bathroom hits directly against the toilet seat due to poor design.
The staff misleads guests at every step instead of providing genuine service. I do not recommend staying here, especially with family.

Very disappointing
Pros:

The only plus point of the property is that is located within a short distance of airport

Cons:

Staff were not trained enough. For a two days stay I was offered only 1liter of water. The room was not cleaned despite reminding them. Though the room was booked for two people, we were offered only one clean towel.
The breakfast was just passable
