Pros:

Checked in to a room with no hot water, tv was not working the staff asked me to connect my Netflix. The internet was also not working. Around 3 am in the morning someone was screaming in the corridor.

Pros:

We were really disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. There was mold on the walls, the shower didn't drain, and there was no hot water when we checked in. The staff were apologetic, but we had to switch hotels due to being on a business trip, and they did not approve a refund. The photos are deceptive, this hotel is not as nice as it looks.

Misleading pics,cheating prices but good service
Pros:

FabHotelSageSaket is a big disappointment on first look. The rooms & building no way match to what they present in pictures online. Kudos to their photographer but a big shame on hotel management to cheat the guests like this. What is even further appalling is that they have some system bug which makes you book the cheapest room category for the most expensive price and vice-versa and this was confirmed to me by hotel staff. They funnily laughed on this mistake but no way compensated for it by either upgrading my room or giving any other complimentary service. I was staying with my wife and she said it's one of the worst rooms I've ever booked for her. The room size was extremely small with dated furniture. But the service part is equally opposite...the hotel staff is courteous, friendly and always ready to help. If at all, I could manage to stay in hotel for 4 nights, it was the service level. The breakfast is average but fine. All in all, if I had got the room which I paid for, I would have been a happy guest but this cheating (I mean it) puts me off to write a positive review. If they can fix it, I will be happy to return.

Budget hotel located in a good location.
Pros:

The location is amazing, and the property is decently maintained. Courteous staff and good breakfast. There is parking available within the premises, which is a major attraction. Mostly families and business class travelers seem to use this property, which in my opinion is decently priced also.

Couple of tips for improvement: The property needs to have a de-centralized water geaser system. They automatically switch on the water heaters at peak hours, which is good, and then switch them off centrally later on. Yes when the guest requests it, they would put it back on gladly, but in my opinion, they should decentralize it.

Also , a few more additions to the breakfast menu would be helpful
