White Breeze Palawan Boutique Hotel

started out ok, but nothing but bed and bathroom in room. no microwave on refrig nothing. We could live with that but having diner they had a 2 for 1 drink special. My wife decide to have. wasn't sure about if the ice was made from bottled water or not so she order without ice. Came back with 1/4 inch in bottom or glass. We said ok just fill rest up with mix. No they can't do that. We were sitting at a table to have dinner but they had a big group coming in so they sent us to a little corner out of the way with no service, etc. The room although was clean, My wife wouldn't even take a shower because the water had a really bad smell to it. To it 's credit the staff was nice and helpful. But when we were going to have dinner they had a big group coming in so they move us from our table to a small corner in the back with no service. Yes big groups are important but not to detriment other guests, I don't think so. All in all very disappointed, I can live with almost anything except being discarded because of another more important group.

Place was clean the staff was amazing!!!

There were issues on the first day of stay in the property but was upgraded to Supreme room with no extra charge. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The dining options were minimal but serving size was good. Not a lot of activities to do inside the property but swimming and wading in the pool, or just chill and read your fave book.

We stayed in a "Superior Room" at the White Breeze for just two nights in March 2024. The location is a bit out of the way. If you prefer to be far from the busy and often loud touristy area south of the airport by the water, then this location may be perfect for you. Also, White Breeze is walking distance from a Robinsons mall, (which includes a drug store), as well as a number of restaurants on the main drag.

The rooms are unusual in that the side of the room facing the pool is entirely glass! So, remember to close those heavy curtains for privacy! Also, we found that the long curtain rod blocked our ability to fully open the hotel door. But we got used to it after a few entries and exits. The bed was comfy, we did not encounter any bugs or mice, and the hot water was available for our showers (not that we used it a lot, as we were in the Philippines during the hottest time of the year!)

Where White Breeze excelled in the most, in my opinion was in service. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the young woman at the front desk who worked evenings. But she was phenomenally helpful. For example, we had ordered a van to take us to El Nido. But we had to get in a tricycle and go all the way to the airport to catch the van. She was able to call the company and ask that they pick us up right from the hotel since the White Breeze is actually on the way to El Nido. Saved us a trip, and we got to wake up a little bit later that evening!

The staff are very helpful and nice but the room is musty smell not good for the health.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Staffs are so approachable, the hotel is accessible and is near at the city. Rooms are clean and new. Overall, we had a cozy and relaxing stay here. Thank you so much! Looking forward for our next adventure with you :)

Very nice place and friendly staff only thing that let's it down is no internet well the say there is but actually didn't work at all

The hotel was very nice. Service was great. Location was a little out of the way but only a short trike ride away from many spots. The only real complaint I have was the air conditioner was loud. Everything else was fine.

Puerto Princessa doesn’t have much going on but some joe restaurants only a 100 p tricycle away/ Nice beds, great aircon etc. but the standout here was the service of everyone at this property. The best experience we had in the Phillipines.

I loved my stay. Very welcoming, made me like like home. We were offered welcome drinks. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. Room was amazing. Breakfast was fresh and varieties to choose from.

Great hotel and very very nice and accommodating staff pkus very near the airport ... will book again in the future. Although its farther from the main road but you can still get some tricycle to provide you the transportation you need.

The hotel is nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The area is very quiet and really nothing within walking distance. The front desk assistant was super friendly and lovely. The only thing I would improve on is the main door to the outside has a gap so some of the humidity makes it in. Not a big deal but some weather stripping would fix this. Overall I was pleased with the room

It is a brand new hotel so still plenty of room for improvement. For instance, breakfast could be better with more choices of food and juices. Also it is located in the middle of a rural area but a tricycle will get you everywhere in no time for a more than affordable rate. Overall I had a very pleasant stay and the girls at the reception couldn't be more helpful. I will come back :)
