Cons:

No tienen servicio de restaurante, algunos dias.La cafeteria no funciona mas que oara bebidas.Llegamos un medodia. Y no nos ofrecieron nada.Tuvimos que andar por el pueblo buscando con 33° Por la noche el puebño tenia todo cerrado y no habia donde cenar.Un desastre. En cualquier cafeteria de cuslquier sitio tienen aunque sea bocadillos o raciones aqui nada. .😓

La climatización de la habitación era muy mejorable. Ni con la velocidad más alta (con lo que lleva aparejado de ruido) conseguimos una temperatura fresca. Necesita revisión urgente.
A los baños les hace falta una actualización.

El hotel es una maravilla, super tranquilo para desconectar unos días, el desayuno del buffet estaba muy bien, mis dieces al cocinero por esa torrilla de patatas! También cenamos una noche allí y fue espectacular, me sorprendió mucho porque todo estaba buenísimo, voy a destacar la amabilidad de Beatriza al atendernos, hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa en todo momento! También comenté en recepción que tenía un problema con el enchufe del baño y rápidamente me lo solucionaron. Sin duda volveré a este hotel!

El balneario mucha decepción, pequeño ,no se por que hay que cojer hora para entrar al spa si al final entra mucha gente ,demasiada diría yo,desorganizado y que me decís del SALTO DEL NERVION?? Jajaja ridículo..en fin volvería al hotel cuando hagamos alguna caminata pero el balneario no vale para nada.

Location was interesting.

Cons:

Very limited hotel parking due to location, but was fortunate to get a space. No water or coffee in the room, poor given a 4 star.
Regarding food facilities, nothing available in the evening at hotel and due to public holiday local area options scarce.
Breakfast buffet quality poor, cold fried eggs the only 'hot' option.
