Cockroaches, no wifi , lack of security
Pros:

It was a horrible experience, Firstly The room was full of Cockroaches, Secondly Room Amenities mentioned in the booking clearly stated free wifi, but after checkin, we were told that wifi doesnt recharge the rooms. Thirdly For Hours, drunk guys kept banging our door as early as 9 pm, we were 2 ladies with kids only we called the staff to ask him who was knocking the door and he said, it wasnt him without offering any help or sending someone over to check. Both me and sister were so scared and annoyed that we didnt even stay the night and left the hotel without staying the night in

Pros:

They OVERCHARGED us for a family room. They charged us 3000 pesos when a decent hotel/resort only charged us 2000 pesos for 8-10 people, and the worst part is the bathroom. It is filthy, stinky, no shower and tye toilet doesn't have flush. I felt so disgusted whenever i use the toilet
