Check in staff was missing and wanted to refer our request for change of room to Expedia, which was cumbersome. Also, all decisions were referred to their Head office.
Actually I didn't like anything from that hotel, horrible experience ever!!
Unfortunately we reserved by online way using visa card..our flight was delayed because of the bad weather and we inform them by phone that we will reach the hotel after mid night..
When we reached the hotel at 4 am, the out door was closed and all lights were swiched off so it gave us the feeling as we reached to the obsolete place, then a police man came to us with very miserable state took us to the lobby also the reception was so dark with many men were sleeping on the chairs, then one of them who wasn't even stand to speak with us because he was busy to itch his belly said that our preservation was cancelled and they dont have any room for us at that night (imagine 4:00am with 3 heavy bags and we don't know anybody in India) it was so terrible to us and so easy to them to tell the guests that your reservation is cancelled so how you think that our review about this hotel!!!!
After making full pre-payment on expedia and re-confirming Directly with the Hotel , the rooms were not ready on time .
Guests had to wait 2 hrs before we could get the rooms! Once the room was ready , the wrong room number was given and another guest was disturbed .
The breakfast is passable , location is good , service - TERRIBLE .
