위치 완벽~

위치, 뷰, 에어컨의 시원한 쾌적함.

엘리베아터. 체크아웃 시간 때 엘베 타기 힘듦. 올라갔다 내려와야 함.
짝, 홀로 운영하면 덜할까?

Good stay…
Pros:

It was a great stay! The room was spacious with a lot of storage.. Very close to the beach and offered free parking!

Cons:

Initially was confusing to find as the building is shared by few renters or companies to rent out.. The check-in was so smooth however the lift took ages as it was always full!

適合自煮&連住的公寓式飯店 鬧中取靜
Pros:

距離海邊近，不過離海雲台大街有一小段距離，鬧中取靜，樓下有超商，走路25分有Emart超市。房內設備豐富，有附鍋子和餐具的廚房，洗衣機也很實用(但沒有烘乾功能)，適合自煮&連住。

Cons:

訂雙人房加價住3人，有多付一組棉被但入住時直接放在地上，地板不是很乾淨所以完全沒用; 另外其中一個馬克杯內有茶垢的痕跡。整體而言清潔度可加強。大樓本身有多間業者承租，故電梯沒有門禁，而且只有2台要等較久(不過電梯內冷氣蠻強很特別)。

No ofrece ningún tipo de servicio al cliente, sólo tienen 2 ascensores para un edificio de 22 pisos lo cual no facilita para nada subir o bajar y las colas q se forman son largas

해운대 해변과의 위치, 방 크기, 세탁기있는점, 전자레인지 있는점, 일층에 편의점 큰거 있는점, 방음 나쁘지 않음

베개피 너무 누래요. 새베개에 입술자국 있고 머리카락 있었음;; 바닥도 샤워하고 나와서 조금 걸으면 발 까매짐..
엘베가 멍청함 둘다 위로 가버리고 일층에서 사람들 많이 기다리는데 한대는 지하에서부터 그냥 지나쳐서 올라감
